I had 2 defined benefit pensions with reasonable transfer values and despaired of finding anybody to help me transfer it to the SIPP which is managed well by another supplier.

Through unbiased.com I found Advies and was glad I did. From the first call with Aatif Shafi, Advies could not have been more helpful and communicative. The transfer process is not quick as the DB providers have you jumping through hoops to ensure that there is nothing untoward in regard to the transfer, but the Advies team, particularly Jemma Lee, was extremely diligent and persistent in driving progress through to completion.

I found the fees reasonable for managing the transfer. This is a specialist process and I would have no qualms in recommending Aatif and his team at Advies to managing your DB transfer.

The transfer of my Defined Benefit pension took many months and seemed to be fraught with difficulty but Advies kept me advised all the way and delivered!

There are very few companies providing this sort of transfer advice and understandably, Advies fee was expensive.

After multiple tries, with negative responses, to transfer my Final Salary Scheme I finally came across Advies and Aatif who said YES, we can do that. Being a non-resident made things even more complicated but we finaly got there. Aatif and the Team were extremly professional and helpfull all the way through what was a very long process.
