Wow i’m shocked. I got an error at my island so i had to put in a new dodo code. I chatted with them via the site and they helped me so good. I told them my new dodo code and within a few minutes someone came to my island and delivered my order.

I am SHOOK. I was skeptic at first so I did a small purchase but within 10 minutes someone came to my island and brought everything. And so cheap!!

love this website.. i think they came so quick because it was off peak time. got all my items and bells. so so happy now i can enjoy restarting my island thank u

They will charge you and not bring you anything! STAY AWAY!

It's been 3 days. I've kept my gates open for the entire day until the in-game time resets to a new day. Then I'll get a message that says my gate code has expired. They claim there will be an email when they're ready to come to your island but they don't. You basically have to keep the order page open and refresh it all day long to get any sort of update. So there's a message that my gate code needs to be refreshed. I reset it, and they wait another 24 hours, rinse and repeat.

Their "24/7 live chat" is a joke. I started at queue position 99, got to about 50 or 60, then it mysteriously lost connection and I started at 99 again. Over and over. I haven't even gotten to speak to a bot, much less a person.

I sent them an email but havent gotten a response. Might as well refute it with paypal.

Over an hour an NO order delivered. Went on live chat took 50mins to get from position 50 to 15 then suddenly from 15 went back up to position 68. No email, No delivery, thankfully paid via PayPal,

I bought about 40 pieces of furniture, 15 diy recipes, 180 MILLION BELLS and 2500 book mile tickets. Wanna guess how many USD i spent? $13.29. I AM IN SHOCK. It took about an hour for them to arrive to my island for drop off, but they sure as hell brought everything i bought!! AMAZING!!! can’t even explain how awesome this is.

I’ve ordered twice now. First time was a small order of just NMTs because I was skeptical on whether or not it was a legit site. 2 minutes after confirmation the payment, someone arrived on my island, went to an empty area, and dropped them off. Second time, I ordered quite a lot of things (furniture sets, art, clothes, supplies, all the goods), and despite it being well over 200 items, it was delivered in one go. Took up an entire beach to drop off but it was all there lol. Cheap prices for things that would take me months to collect/build delivered in under 10 minutes total. Will be using in the future!

Made a couple transactions on this site Between April 18, 2021 / May 2, 2021 and they were good, Cancelled my last one due to the lack of customer service skills with the person who handles their emails. According to my research since this last experience, this small business is registered as Dou,LLC its payments are handled via paypal under Bigsmob.com then transferred to Dou,LLC. Dou, LLC is registered in Dover Delaware, the owner on LinkedIn is registered as ChiLin Huang the company was registered by Celera services and is registered as having one Employee. My reason for cancelling my last transaction was because the website was showing one price but the price was changed in the checkout process, the person who answered my emails wrote and i quote, "Sorry to make you confused, u can choose to not buy it or buy it", end of quote. I was told in the email, the sale price was only for the first item, all other items were at regular price, No disclosure of that on the website at all anywhere, that the sale price only applied to one item and all others would be charged at regular price. make sure you diligently check the process from cart to itemized checkout if you choose to do business with this company, akrpg.com.

Pretty much immediate delivery, in, out, overall really happy - now making a bigger purchase because it was so reliable

Really pleased with the service- was a bit sceptical at first but the prices were so low I decided to give it a go. Literally took only 5 minutes after paying for everything I'd ordered to be dropped off on my island. Will definitely use again in the future! :)

SCAM!!! Stay away. They never respond to email someone and when they do they are full of typos and very unprofessional. They ask you to GET IN TOUCH WITH THERE SKYPE?!?!
