After receiving an excellent service for my previous trips it’s with regret that I have to write this negative review regarding our pick up from Stansted Airport on Monday 27th April .
My wife has severe mobility issues and for this reason we use the Stansted Assistance service. Unfortunately on this occasion because Stansted was very quiet it took us longer to get through to passport control than normal passengers as there wasn’t any huge queues at the passport control.

This obviously upset the driver because when we made contact after we had cleared customs his tone was very abrupt asking why it took us so long to get through.

I then asked the driver to pick us up at the disabled blue zone as my wife had a blue badge but he replied by asking us to come to zone B as it’s only a 100 yards further down.

So now we have to negotiate the bumpy surface with my wife struggling with her case and me trying to help her. We pass the empty blue badge area and have to keep walking further down to his nominated pick up point.
This was of course adding more discomfort to my wife already in pain from the long journey.

When we eventually met I asked why he wouldn’t drive up to the disabled blue zone and he answered that he always picks up in Zone B.

As you can imagine we were very upset by this level of service and I did complain to the company and spoke to a lady who from her tone didn’t really seem that bothered as she commented that there isn’t much we can do now as the booking is finished.

I do understand that drivers have problems picking up from airports but there is no excuse for this level of service.

I had a call from the owner as he was horrified by my review. I was happy with his apology. I understand that he can’t control the way a driver performs his service. He will certainly have a strong word with him.
So as I have been very happy with the service I have received up until this instance. I will still be using Arc.

Arc taxis have been amazing.
I go to work early in the morning. I contacted ARC and they got me a driver so easily and a fixed fare.
I love that there is a community company. I have been using them since January. Very happy.

Needed picking up after dropping my car for a service. I booked In advance on the app. Driver turned up early. Was lovely polite car clean a comfortable price very reasonable.

First class service, will continue to use Arc for future rides. Friendly customer service and driver,

FIVE STAR TAXI COMPANY - AMAZING

I had an excellent experience with this taxi company. They picked me up from the station right on time, the whole journey was smooth and stress free, The Driver was incredibly friendly and professional and made me feel welcome from the moment I got in. The car was spotless and comfortable.

It’s very rare to find a taxi company that combines reliability great communication and such a positive attitude but Arc taxis definitely delivers on every level.

It’s now my go to cab firm locally and the price is so much cheaper than other taxi firms around this area.

Brilliant service well done to the owner for building such a fabulous taxi company.

We were being collected from LHR Terminal 3. Perfect communications. Received my confirmation text right as I switched my phone on. Then the driver phoned about 10 minutes later arranging location. Absolutely spot on.

First time using this taxi services and I’ve got to say what a fantastic service, polite 10/10 service from booking to getting dropped off.

I just wanted to share some positive feedback. Ever since I discovered Arc Taxis, I’ve been using your service regularly, and I find it extremely reliable. The staff who answer the phone are always very accommodating and genuinely apologetic whenever there’s no taxi available, which I really appreciate.
I previously used another taxi service, and the difference is noticeable their staff often sounded robotic and almost fed up when answering calls. With Arc Taxis, the experience has always been friendly and reassuring.
I also wanted to specifically commend the taxi we rode in last night, 4th of January (from Epping station to Hedgerows) a grey Tesla Model Y. The driver was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us. I had forgotten that there were five of us instead of the usual four, and he kindly offered to do two drop-offs but only charged us for one journey. I insisted on paying more, and he only asked for a very small additional amount.
