Electrician Stuart was fantastic, quick, tidy, accurate and knowledgeable. Had time to explain what he had done and how everything worked.
Disappointing experience was I agreed a morning appointment so I could plan my day, but the day prior received an email stating afternoon appointment. I called office 3 times to gain clarification and maybe a time, and was told the electrician would call, which only happened with 10 minutes notice of arrival. Everyone simply passed the blame on others for poor communication.

Connor faced a challenging cabling route but sorted it competently and our installation went much more smoothly than I had thought. He was also very patient with us dinosaurs when it came to installing the app as we had issues with forgotten passwords! We were very pleased with the end result and are of the opinion that Connor deserves a pay increase!

They explained exactly how they intended to proceed with the installation and showed us each stage as they proceeded. Excellent service from start to finish.
Riley and Micky were professional from the first sms of the day (covering arrival time) yo the handshake at the end.
Very clear communication and a clear explanation of the work beforehand, talked about the different placements and options.
They talked through all the requirements, walked me yhrough the cable run, and patiently answered my many questions.
The work itself is very clean and tidy amd the charger looks great installed.
Excellent all round.
