Totally agree with other reviews. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Not only do they make it look like you can sign up monthly, but then they charge you for the year, the streams CANNOT POSSIBLY be live. One game we watched cut off after game 2 was done in 2 out of 3 match. It then announced the match results as if they had completed a 2-1 sets match. Next one, I made sure that when it “started” I advanced to get to “live” from buffer and it STILL cut of before game 2 was done. It also announced the match final score as if we somehow time traveled. Must be a Trump organization because “this is some B***S***!!!!

Completes Scam. Purchased the Bronze Pkg to watch my grandson play. My son said there werent even camera at the fiels TRASH SERVICE

Absolute scam. We joined for the spring/summer AAU basketball season. So far, out of 21 games only 15 have had ANY content at all, and of those four were missing entire halves or missing key parts. Some are blurry, missing parts of the court, etc. And each time their AI tells us that, "we're so VERY sorry, please wait 2 weeks and we'll have it all fixed." Guess how many times it's been fixed... Scam.

Absolutely horrible company and the staff who are supposed to be customer service are a waste of time and energy. “We apologize for your frustration. We will not entertain your request for a refund unless Baller Tv fails to upload a replay of the event in 1-2 weeks time”

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Maybe put that on your registration page… “pay us money, we will take your money, not offer you a feed to watch, and then refuse to be morally sound and honour a refund until 2 weeks after the fact so you forget that you are angry with us”

There is a special place in hell for companies who operate with such horrible ethics. STAY AWAY!!!

I rated my experience as unsatisfied because my son made a purchase without my consent. I was unaware of the subscription until I reviewed my credit card statement while checking for an upcoming payment.

Unfortunately, I did not feel there was much understanding or flexibility from Baller TV regarding the situation. I explained that I was not interested in maintaining the subscription; however, because my son had recently viewed content under the one-year subscription, I was informed that the account was no longer eligible for a refund despite there still being a full year remaining.

My son is a teenager, and teenagers sometimes make mistakes or purchases without fully understanding the consequences. I would imagine situations like this are not uncommon. I was disappointed that this was not taken into consideration and that I was still required to keep the subscription. The only solution offered was to downgrade to a cheaper plan (3 months).

Throughout the interaction, I did not feel heard, understood, or taken care of as a customer. It seemed more important to retain the subscription than to acknowledge that we neither wanted nor could comfortably afford the service.

Due to this experience, I would not recommend Baller TV.

Marketing SCAM. The old version would charge you per event which was an honest way to do things. Now they make you subscribe with auto-renewal. They bank on how people will forget and charge them that way.

What a lie and slimy way of doing business!

I’d give BallerTV zero stars if I could. The platform just isn’t built to handle a large number of viewers at once. Every time there’s a packed gym and people actually want to watch the game, it crashes or throws the “too many people in the gym” error. That’s exactly when it matters most—and it completely fails.

For a service that’s supposed to stream live sports, not being able to handle peak demand is a dealbreaker. Families, friends, and supporters are counting on this, and instead they’re stuck refreshing or missing the game entirely.

Not cool at all. If you’re going to charge for access, the system needs to hold up when everyone logs on—not fall apart.

I have complained to Baller TV at least three times about the technicians cutting the streaming feed off when the time delay has not had a chance to catch up. Nothing changes. They do not care or they are all morons.

I wish I had read these reviews before paying for a subscription. I got the subscription so I could watch my son's basketball games and so my extended family could watch them as well. Unfortunately, most games are not clear or only partially recorded. In the three games I've watched this weekend, all three have been blurry. The first two were fixed after about 10 minutes from when I submitted the issue, but the current game I'm watching still isn't fixed and the ticket was submitted by me 40 minutes ago AND I chatted with a customer support agent who said they rely on the local/onsite technicians to fix the issues. They offered me a free game download, which was comical because I haven't seen video quality worth downloading as of yet. Save your money and ask another parent to record the game for you.

I signed up today to watch my Grandson's AAU tournament in Chicago. The first game did not steam at all and we were only able to watch about 7 minutes of the second game. This steaming service is a complete disappointment. Save your money.

I ordered this service to watch my grandson play. The picture quality was horrible with large prompts blocking the view. I reported it several times, requested a refund and the customer service people acknowledged the problem was on their end.
After several more request for a refund after providing all the documentation they need I have been ghosted with no resolution. This is a terrible service and I suggest no one ever orders it.

Ballertv does not have their act together on club volleyball and understanding the USAV club/team codes or AAU club/team ID are the master source to select for video. The routinely mix up teams with similar names and from different states even. For example, there are clubs in both California and Oklahoma named Rise, and my daughter’s video show up on wrong club and team. I have pointed this out and gave them all the information to straighten out their data sources and they sti have it wrong two years in a row. It’s ridiculous.

I signed up for a Gold Package for my two athlete children -- one plays soccer the other volleyball. The first tournament (Mayor's Cup) in Las Vegas. 50% of the games were only partially recorded. Just awful video to boot. The explanation was that they rely on locals to make sure the video is working, and it was windy that week. I was there, and there was a breeze but nothing that wouldn't push a camera around. The second was the national club volleyball championship. This one was inside so no problem there, but I was barred access through a paywall, despite paying $240 for an all access pass. This organization has a lot of problems and I would never sign up for them, unless you are absolutely desperate.

Wanted to watch our granddaughter's volleyball tournament, Baller was the only choice. We signed up for a 3 month subscription. Only to find out after the fact we could only view 3 games,( tournament was 4 games). So ok. When we finally got to the game we could see the other team's side of the court. Our team, the one we wanted to see was 85% blocked by the referee. For that amount of money I was so VERY DISAPPOINTED! And when we called all we got was the standard AI bull shit. I would call Baller TV the biggest rip off EVER!

IF I COULD RATE A ZERO, I WOULD. I APPARENTLY FORGOT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, 6 DAYS LATER, I SAW I WAS CHARGED 239.00 TO MY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE NOT USED THE SUBSCRIPTION AT ALL, AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I WOULD 1,000 PERCENT NEVER GET A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM. THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE IN BILLING EITHER. I OFFERED TO PAY FOR 1 MONTH SINCE I FORGOT TO CANCEL, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO BILL ME AGAIN. THEY REFUSED. I WOULD JUST HAVE YOUR TEAM LIVE STREAM THE GAMES FOR YOU, RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH BALLERTV. IT IS A JOKE!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. I AM 6 DAYS INTO THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING Their advertisements leading up to a College showcase tournament in Vegas indicated that all the soccer games would be filmed. I signed up for the plan to download 5 games from 1 tournament a month. There are 3 videos (2 of the same game with one being 20 minutes short). Only support you get is the live chat that doesn't answer your questions just tells you to wait 1-2 weeks for their team to process the films. Can't even confirm that the 2 missing games were filmed. Won't give phone number for support. Only tells you for EVERY ISSUE to email support.

BallerTV's refund policy is a problem. I hadn't used the app in months and then it auto-renewed for $113. I contacted them the next day and they didn't grant a refund. The best they could do is say we hope you enjoy the next 364 days of BallerTV and we have cancelled any future payments.
Ugh, 364 days of content I don't want.

Last 3 volleyball tournaments I have wanted to watch matches I paid for have been horrible. No live video, matches cut off before match ends, blurry video, no sound. I chat with Baller and get the same response, working on it, be patient. Chats drop. Unacceptable horrible streaming service. Might be time to report to BBB and FTC for deceptive practices. So disappointing.

I SIGNED UP FOR BALLER TVE TO WATCH A YOUTH SOCCER GAME WHICH I COULDN’T FIND. I WAS CHARGED $95.00. I IMMEDIATLY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT BUT WAS STILL BILLED THE TOTAL ANNUAL FEE. I CAN SEE CHARGING A MONTHLY AMOUNT, BUT THE ANNUAL FEE IS RIDICULOUS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
