Long time reader first time writer, but just felt compelled to say how excellent the customer service was from Neil @ Bears Vapes
Had ordered a couple of Vapes, yet there was a problem with my tracking number, emailed and got an immediate response, after a further problem beyond their control Neil personal rang to reassure me it would be sorted … and true to his word … it was!
Even chucked in a free pack of coils for the inconvenience, which he didn’t have to do atall, but which was greatly appreciated!!
He really did go above and beyond to ensure absolute satisfaction, a true gentleman who really does give 110% to customer service

The guy was an absolute legend!!! I ordered the wrong coils for my lve orion 2 and he changed them last minute. On the ohoen the geezer rang me!! Top quality customer service.

I knew of Bear’s Vapes through positive word of mouth on vaping discussion forums, but for some reason never got round to buying from them. Now that I have, I can say that it was a damn fine experience! Neil runs a tight ship, one that involves first-rate customer service and communication generally whilst also navigating any tricky issues that arise smoothly and effectively. As for the products/stock, prices are very fair and any time you’re looking for older mods or kits that have become hard to find (as I was) my advice is to make Bear’s Vapes your first port of call. But head there when you’re after newer, widely-available vaping hardware too, as it’s clear to me that you will end up satisfied. As for the important nuts & bolts stuff, that’s all on point: once the tricky issue had been resolved in a way that actually benefited me, dispatch was super-prompt; delivery was smooth and free of charge; the item was very well packaged; and my mod works perfectly. All in all, a highly recommended seller that I will return to in the future for sure.

This is the first time I have used this company, buying a vape kit for a great price. The package arrived within 2 days using free tracked delivery. The item was well packed to avoid damage and was a genuine Smok product. Very happy with the item and service and will definitely use again.
