Poor customer service & faulty product

I ordered 6 blinds from Blinds Online Australia and 2 arrived faulty.

My emails went completely unanswered. I had to wait on hold for over an hour, only to get disconnected, and only got through on the third attempt. The customer service agent was unfriendly and didn’t seem to feel an apology was necessary because replacements were being arranged.

I was told a new motor for the electric blind would be couriered out.. a week later it hadn’t arrived. When I called again (after another long hold), I was told the new motor hadn’t actually been ordered. I’m also still waiting on the second faulty blind to be resent.

Very disappointing experience, with no genuine apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

Wrong size delivered and unacceptable customer service

Ordering through Blindsonline.com.au was initially easy. I ordered three blinds sized 1800 x 600 mm and one blind sized 600 x 600 mm, and felt confident proceeding due to their advertised size guarantee.

Unfortunately, after delivery and installation, I discovered that the 600 x 600 mm blind was incorrect. Instead, they supplied a 900 x 600 mm blind, which is clearly the wrong width and unusable.

What followed was an extremely frustrating and unreasonable process. Rather than resolving an obvious sizing error, customer service repeatedly requested multiple photos, focusing on trying to verify the length of the blind instead of addressing the actual issue — the incorrect width. This felt like a deliberate delay tactic rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the problem.

Despite clear explanations, the issue has dragged on unnecessarily, costing me time and effort for an error that was not mine. The customer service response has been poor, dismissive, and inflexible.

Very disappointing experience. I would not rely on their size guarantee and would strongly caution others before ordering. Based on my experience, I recommend staying away from this business.

What happened to customer service :(

I ordered 4 sets of custom blinds. Only 1 showed up, even though all blinds say they were dispatched and have the same tracking number.

The 1 blind i did receive is the incorrect size. I've submitted 2 support tickets, called numerous times and cannot reach anyone! Currently sitting on hold and i'm at over an hour wait time.

My first support ticket I lodged over 10 days ago, and have received DAILY marketing wanting me to buy more blinds... then today get asked to submit a review about their handling of my support ticket... which they haven't yet responded to,

Incorrect Blinds and no follow up service

Blinds online have sent the incorrect blind and I've not been able to get anyone from the company to respond to my emails and you can sit on the phone waiting for hours. They look very professional upfront, but their follow up service is non-existent. Very disappointed

Installation EASY!!

We’ve fitted our entire home with electric blinds and sheers and they have completely transformed the space. They look absolutely stunning and we constantly receive compliments on them. The quality is incredible and we still can’t believe we managed to install them ourselves!

Disappointing purchase

Ordered panel blinds. First no printed instructions, had to enter order no on website before I could get instructions. Then one of the hanger things came out and a plastic clip broke when it hit the floor. We have a large blind and the screws used to clip the 2 pieces together are very cheap and I burred one trying to tighten it. I'm happy with the actual blinds but the clips and fastenings are very cheap. For what I paid i expected better quality and printed instructions. Would not purchase again.

Completed 5 spaces … ready for more!

I have ordered blinds/curtains for 5 spaces from Tuis Blinds Online and each and everytime they have exceeded my expectations. The time is faster than expected, the fabric options are endless, the quality of the products is unbelievable and hard to believe how affordable considering the quality, and the ease of installation is insane! I want to keep working through every space in our house until we are 100% blinds online! Can’t recommend enough!

FYI I have 5 electric Roman blinds (3 spaces), 2 outdoor electric blinds (1 space), and 1 set of sheers and blockouts (1 space). They are all amazing!

Highly recommend to everyone!

I’ve been using this brand for at least 5 years now. 1st time in our old house and then again when we bought our new house. I can’t fault them at all, their communication has always been amazing and the products are high quality! We had one instance where our electric blind arrived broken (the wire) we reached out to them to let them know and they sent a replacement straight away! I always recommend this brand to family and friends !

5 Stars – Couldn’t be happier!

I ordered a range of fabric samples first and was honestly so impressed — they arrived super fast and the quality was clear straight away. That made choosing my blinds and curtains so much easier, and when my full order arrived I was beyond excited. Everything was beautifully made, the quality is amazing, and it all looks even better installed than I imagined.

Always a pleasure to order

We have ordered blinds for most of our rooms from them. The ordering process has always been seamless. I can order Free samples and once I am happy with my choice, i send the measurements for my custom blinds. The customer service has always been prompt and helpful.
