Easy to order, and install. They look absolutely fabulous in my daughters room. I love the remote control for the roller blinds as our old blinds (not from Blinds Online) would always snag and get stuck trying to roll them up, now one touch and they open/close! Plus no fiddly cords dangling down. Would 10/10 use again!

Ordered double S-fold curtains a while ago for the house, and everything arrived quickly and nicely packed. The instructions were easy to follow, the curtains hang really nicely, and they actually help reduce the heat coming into the house on hot summer days. Love the quality and the soft look of the sheers. Highly recommend!

Ordered Motorised Romans and 4 sets of curtains (2 sheers & 2 with thermal lining) and they arrived quickly and are great quality. The Romans are No Drill so they click into place really easily (you just have to make sure you measure in 3 spots like they recommend in order to get the most accurate measurement).
I've had them for 6 months now, and I'm soooo happy with how they've transformed my space! I picked colourful fabrics that just bring so much joy

Extremely disappointed with my Tuiss experience. I purchased blinds, curtains, and 4 lots of Express Kit Shutters, and the first shutter we attempted to install was completely unusable due to a manufacturing fault. The frame and brackets were cut out of alignment, the panels hit the brackets at the top and bottom, and the T-post wasn’t plumb. No amount of adjustment could fix it — it simply wasn’t made correctly.
We reported the issue with detailed photos and it took 6 business days to get a reply. The response ignored the evidence and offered generic troubleshooting that didn’t apply to the fault at all.
To make things worse, my curtains were meant to arrive on the 3rd and still haven’t been delivered.
For the money paid, the quality and service have been extremely disappointing. Buyers should be aware that support is slow and product issues are not acknowledged quickly.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!
After 3 weeks of having an electric blind installed, a horrific screeching noise began each time the blind was opened and closed.
Apparently a replacement was sent out the following month but after following up that I never received it, the company advised that it was lost in transit and another replacement was being sent out.
3 months later and the screeching is still infuriating. The company refunded the cost but once again the 3rd replacement blind was not received.
Going in to the 4th month and waiting on another replacement (fourth time). Would not recommend this company.

Our blinds took 3 months to be delivered! They are cheaply made and poor quality and will be going to the tip. I ordered from this company several years ago and they were great then, but definitely not anymore.
Received my blind yesterday, first time l have bought a blind online. Very happy with the ordering process, the communication when l thought it was taking awhile and fits perfectly. Would definitely purchase again.
I have ordered from this company for the last 12-15 years (approx 20-30 orders) and they have been absolutely fabulous: both quality and customer service.
Until the last order in July 2025, which has been an absolute disaster! It appears that there has been a change of ownership about a year ago...
The quality of fabric and workmanship is not the same as before, and both my daughter and I have had to reorder curtains because of problems with the order (both new on new builds and full house orders). I wish I could attach photos of a curtain with uneven lengths, numbers of hooks on tracks not corresponding with number of clips on curtains, no instructions for electric controllers, creases in folds due to careless folding after production, and so the list goes on. This is extremely disappointing as I have been a loyal customer and have repeatedly recommended this company.
I have now completely lost confidence and will not be using this company again!
For installing into recess, renters etc may be tempted by the "renter friendly" blind installation. Dont fall for Twist2Fit and SureSize guarantee. There seems to be very little margin for error on both sides (the customer measuring and the retailer measuring). This is because the curtain itself doesn't have much leeway, and unless you want the whole heavy curtain to fall down when you touch it, you'll end just throwing it and $800 in the trash like I have.
We ordered the Sofia Express. They shipped it to us in the wrong size. It took us ages to work out what the issue was, it was 3meters long instead of 1.8meters we ordered. After quite a bit of back and forth with customer service they said because it's express, to keep the process fast, rather than have us wait, they just ship us what they have available. I would much rather be notified they don't have the product I ordered and have the opportunity to cancel or at least not waste out time trying to figure out why it wasn't installing correctly.
It was broken, we assume it didn't arrive broken and this just happened as soon as we went to unroll it because it was 3 meters long and way too heavy.
In their defense, the response was fast from customer service but they didn't refund us the cost of them choosing to intentionally ship us the wrong product us - and we have to dispose of the item. I was disappointed by this but glad we got a refund for the cost of the blind.
Waste of time and energy. It's not worth the hassle or the expense, especially when in the end, you still don't have a blind.
Blinds online - please improve the experience and don't ship customers items they didn't order without reaching out to them. If I order a t-shirt express online, they don't just send me two sizes up because they don't have the size I ordered.
I spent $800 on 3 lots of blinds to replace blinds at my old rental property.
Not only did they come the incorrect size they are also of very poor quality and look cheap. The owner was not happy and wouldn’t accept them.
I have tried to return them as they are in the incorrect size and it has been a complete nightmare.
Do not waste your time or money! Learn from my $800 mistake!!
The blinds themselves are fine. Be careful with the ordering process it's unclear when ordering faster deliver that you can't customise certain things.
Don't bother with the motors, they're atrocious, the app is aweful. It gives you options for "automation and programs" but this is only activated if your device is connected to the blinds which is impossible because they're Bluetooth and not wifi, good luck if your blinds are in different rooms or if you're not home. It might work if you never need your phone and can leave it somewhere in the house that's close enough to Bluetooth to all your blinds otherwise you will never connect to them all at the same time so what's the point.
I asked for a refund and return which they agreed but only after I sent back the motors. They said they would send me manual rollers that never arrived. And the staff had no idea how to help me or really even understand why the app doesn't work.
