First order was great

First order was great. Fast turnaround times, and product was as described.
However I am now trying to add to this order, but am finding it rather difficult to get through to anyone.

Blind experience

When order placed was told 7 - 10 days for deliver, however my order took nearly 4 weeks.

You cannot therefore state 7-10 days delivery

Hi David,

Sorry to hear your free samples took so long to show up, I really don’t have an answer for this. I’ve checked and it was sent via Royal Mail First Class on the same day, so I have no idea why you didn’t receive them sooner.

There’s no tracking on free samples, so I can’t check this beyond knowing when we shipped them. Sorry I can’t be of more help here.

Our finished blinds are delivered with different companies though and almost always within 7-10 days.

Blinds couldn’t be delivered
When they was both blinds broken
One I managed to fix my self
The other is impossible as the mechanism is snapped
I did have many problems talking to the company
Funny how after they was sent back to the company they came broke
Rubbish
I will send pictures to company
But they are pretty useless

Hi Stephen,

Sorry to hear your blinds were delivered broken, we received your photos of the blinds and we sent out replacements to you straight away.

As per your complaint the “blinds couldn’t be delivered”, it’s important to clarify that they couldn’t be delivered because you were not home.

We first attempted to deliver your blinds on 01/04/23, which is 1 day after you informed us you would be home from holiday. However, you were not home and so it was left next to your post box inside your flat building.

You requested the blind to be picked up as it can’t be left there and so that’s what we had the delivery company do. You then emailed to inform us you wanted the blind returned straight away as you had now returned home.

We were constantly going back and forth with the couriers to resolve this for you and, despite it being Easter, we shipped this as fast as possible, but from reading your review it seems the blind must have been damaged with the back-and-forth shipping - again, we’re sorry to hear this and will replace it free of charge (incl. shipping).

Regarding communication issues, it’s important to understand you were requesting a refund of a blind we’d already made to fit your specific windows because you were not in the country to accept the delivery, then we were not able to redeliver it within 5 working days over the Easter weekend.

Despite this, we responded to all of your emails within a day at most, and did the absolute best we could to get your blind re-delivered quickly over the holiday.

Something fishy bout this outfits as messages come from top blinds and Blindstyle I ordered 5 sets blinds paid in full got excuse after excuse they invoiced me through PayPal I had to raise a case I found them on eBay be warned don’t use this dodgy seller

Do they even exist?

Emailed 29th January 2022 and the email bounced back.

Went ahead and ordered samples anyway on 17th February 2022 and haven't heard a thing, no samples have arrived and no contact has been made either.

It seems like whilst they offer competitive prices on their website you probably won't get the product. I have lost faith to place an actual paid for order!

We're now under new ownership with a brand new website, samples being sent out daily, and business as usual.
