Bought a 15 day e-Sim for both destinations.
Excellent value for money.
Both worked without a problem.
Very happy with the product.
Will be buying when off on my travels in the future.

We had three phones that we wanted to use on our trip. The two iPhones worked without a hitch. The Android phone never activated and after a week of trying to get it to work with multiple attempts at getting customer service we eventually had to find another option. We never used it and were unable to get a refund for our purchase. So I would recommend them for iPhones but not anything else. I would also not recommend their customer service if you do have a problem. Phones were from UK going to USA.

Good service until I was cut off before I returned home. Couldn’t make calls or communicate to my friend and family so ruined the rest of holidays

Really pleased with this company, customer service and price!
Really pleased with this company! I needed a US phone number, unlimited internet and the ability to make calls whilst on a two week driving holiday. It was perfect! I received an email the day before I travelled, got notification onto my phone and is started exactly when I needed it to. Plus, I was delighted to find that I could contact customer services using Whatsapp who replied very quickly and sorted out a couple of questions I had. I would definitely use them again!!

It didn’t work
It didn’t work,, but it was my fault as I converted my number to e sim by mistake.The guys at Buzz spent more than 24 hours trying to sort my issue out eventually we got there, a fantastic effort from them way beyond the normal, thank you very much.

Simple setup and cost effective
The setup procedure was very straightforward on my Android phone. It appears to be working fine and will hopefully be a cost effective solution to international roaming charges. It's only been in use for less than 24 hours but my experience is positive so far.
