Excellent E-Sim card and highly recommended! This is truly the best value for money and great service to use whilst on holiday in Florida. It was so easy to buy and set up before we left the UK and activated upon on arrival in US.

Brilliant service better than that in the uk

This was the first time I had ever used an ESIM so I was a little nervous. I had set it up with Buzz eSIM in advance so wasn’t sure how easy it was going to be. When I arrived in the USA and was able to connect to the airport WiFi I already had a message to activate the sim. This only took a couple of minutes and when I left the car park in my hire car I was using my online maps through my new sim. Simple and effective for the duration of my two week visit. Will definitely use again.

I bought and used this simcard 10 days in hong kong.
Highly recommend them to everyone as i had brilliant customer support, got my replies on WhatsApp within minutes
And internet was fine everywhere (we only stayed in Hong Kong island)

only thing I would add is ability to see how much used / remaining of card so you don't get caught out with no data when you need it most

I travel to USA a few times a year and I run a B&B in England (netherleigh. co. uk) so I need constant access to check for bookings etc ...
I had a slight problem activating my eSim but Buzz eSIM resolved it quickly and professionally which I really appreciated. They are not just an online company but there is someone there to help.

This was my first time using this service and it was amazing. My sim was activated 2 days prior to the start of my trip which ensured it was ready for use as soon as I arrived in the country. The service remained consistent and reliable for my one week stay.

Sim never worked in Switzerland at all. Got a 40% refund but don't think I'll be using buzzesim again. Ive used them 5 times and this is second time it's not worked. On top of that the sign up process is dumb because you've got to take a picture of a qr code from your phone, which you can only do if you have another device with you, which I didn't. So I had to ask a complete stranger for their email address so I could email them the code so I could scan it on my phone. Ridiculous. Who thought up that process?

I got Buzzesim for a trip to Canada and Alaska USA. I requested the esim to be installed the day before i travelled while still in the UK. It installed and was set up on the day requested. I then recieved a text to inform me of the US number associated to the esim. This meant i could give this number to those that would need to contact me whilst away. When I arrived in Canada it connected to the network right away with a strong signal and 5g Internet. The same applied when in the USA. I also received all my WhatsApp messages that were sent to my UK number. I could even share my Internet connection with my wife's phone by mobile tether and it worked a treat. I set my phone up to use the esim to handle calls, messages and data which meant I could leave my UK sim in the phone and still recieve text messages. As the esim number is a recycled number I did get a few spam texts but nothing too much. This is a first class product for the price and I would use them again in a heart beat. It's nice, for once, to get a service that does what it says on the tin. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Using the e-sim for the USA went very well, it activated as scheduled and was set up in moments over the airport WiFi. I didn’t notice any drop in coverage or data whilst travelling. The lack of stress was greatly appreciated.
