Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service.
Purchased 3 x Unlimited Data eSims for use in the USA. On arrival in the US, 2 received push notifications & setup with no problems. However, we couldn't setup the 3rd eSim, as no push notification was received.
Contacted Buzz via their Whatsapp messaging service and received a really quick response resolving the problem, even though it was gone midnight in the UK.
This is my second time using Buzz, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. You only know how good the customer service is until you need to use it, and this was first class.

What a disappointment - After purchasing an unlimited eSim for…
After purchasing an unlimited eSim for Spain for 5 days after a few gigabytes each day the connection was throttled to an unusable level. I wouldn't call this unlimited, I would call this limited to 3GB per day and had I known I would have looked elsewhere or not bothered at all. When you check the fine print you're told that the local providers might throttle the line, however after switching to a different provider the same service is delivered, so clearly controlled by BuzzeSim.

It took me a bit of time to figure out what I was doing to change it over to a e-sim (not technically minded) but once it was done, that was it. There was a couple of times I didn't have signal on my phone (might of been the area) but I would definitely use this again when going abroad

Total Game Changer!
I have now used Buzz eSIM twice, both for trips to the USA. I was worried that it might be too complicated to set up or wouldn't work, but the instructions are really easy to follow and setting it up was a breeze. The second time I bought one, it simply reactivated the same eSIM I'd used before, which made it even easier! It also means that I basically have a US number that my friend over there can save and use any time I visit. Coverage was great and I used it for data, SMS, and a phone call - all worked perfectly. I am absolutely delighted I found this product, it is a total game changer!

Once installed it worked flawlessly
Once installed it worked flawlessly.
Bought 3 esims for USA. 3 x new Google pixels.
1 esim popped up automatically. 2 did not and resulted in a day on holiday lost going back and forward getting these installed. Finally resulting in receiving a qr code for these devices. Which would have been great earlier in the day.
Was told the device that worked automatically worked as it's a "Samsung". ( It's a pixel 9a )
T Mobile works great in NYC. Over 3 devices we received 4 x spam calls and 2x spam texts. To be expected with recycled numbers.
Far better coverage than the UK. Headline speed of 1.3Gbps .
I personally used 50Gb over 7 days without problem.
The esim install guide for USA needs updating. There is also no clear details regarding what to do if the esim doesn't appear. Or what will happen if it actually does work. Some simple screen shots would help. Especially as the cut and paste answers are out dated.
Would use again, but be wary if using IMEI USA product.

In addition, you can enable spam blocking directly on your device for added protection. Here are the steps based on your device type:
For iPhone:
Go to Settings.
Tap Phone.
Tap Silence Unknown Callers to turn it on.
You can also use Filter Unknown Senders in Settings > Messages to filter spam texts.
For Android (varies slightly by model):
Open the Phone app.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings > Caller ID & spam.
Turn on Filter spam calls and See caller and spam ID.
You may also consider downloading the T-Mobile Scam Shield app, which provides advanced features such as Scam ID, Scam Block, and Caller ID.

It was a slightly rocky start but was all perfect in 24 hours.
It was a slightly rocky start, the ‘Automatic’ email didn’t arrive but a quick email that was resolved. Then when I got to Canada the phone and texts worked perfectly but not the data, so no internet. This time I used the chat box to ask to speak to a human. Who sorted it out instantly.
Now it’s all working perfectly both in Canada and the US really pleased.
