I purchased the e sim but had issues uploading the required proof of Imei. I sent an email but also noticed there was a WhatsApp number. I sent a message and had a fast response regarding the issue. The sim was added to my phone and worked great. Only one spam call and service/signal was great. Would definitely use again and would recommend. Great value for money.

Literally the best option. Unlimited WiFi. Very high speed. Super easy to install. Would use it from now on every time I travel. 10/10 no issues at all with the phone number given.

I bought a SIM for my visit for Florida for 14 days. I was hiring a car so needed data for maps. The process couldn’t have been easier and the price for the package I got was amazing. Cannot wait to use for future holidays. My partner also bought an eSIM after seeing how good mine was. Thankyou

This eSIM was the cheapest option for the USA, so I decided to try it. I paid for 7 days, and my confirmation email stated the service would last until 31st January. However, the SIM stopped working on the 30th, leaving me without internet. When I contacted support, their response was simply, “Sorry for the system error, the SIM should have worked until the 30th.” No solution, no compensation—just an admission that their system was wrong. Unreliable service and poor customer support. I wouldn’t use them again.

Went to USA and purchased a minute/text/unlimited data bundle for a good price, no issues whatsoever and worked great with constant service. Will use again!

Everything worked very good. The network is stable and good, I also enjoyed the phone number that I had travelling in United States. It is a good value for money.

We went to New York for 5 days and paid £18 for 3 sims with unlimited data and calls.
2 worked initially and 1 did not.
We emailed buzzsim who responded immediately and rectified the problem.

I would really recommend these guys both on price and service. Will 100% be a repeat customer

Roaming made simple

Best £20 I spent for our Florida trip. I had to contact them as set up did not go as planned but they responded and sorted within the hour. Great service and great product. Saved me many £s on data roaming charges.

Phone / Voice / Data ..Worked as advertised, much cheaper than roaming on a UK phone. Will definitely use again when visiting USA.

It was a fast delivery and quick installation i had an Problem in the us and it was fixed quickly.
The Problem i only give 3 Stars is that i received Every day 10 spam calls i know buzz cant anything for this But if you get a new number How is it possible to get such annoying phone calls

First time I have used this as the my normal provider (Vodafone) wanted £7.50 a day
Took a little while to get things working (as it was my first attempt) but gave me fab 4G & 5G data while travelling

Excellent service pour une eSim data illimité pour les USA. Toujours en 5G, je pouvais être appelée sur le numéro qui m'a été donné, mais je ne pouvais appeler que par Whatsapp ce qui m'allait très bien. La esim a été téléchargée et installée automatiquement sur mon GSM 2 jours avant le voyage, je n'ai rien eu à faire. Je referai !!
