No response to emails , can't withdraw, sounds like a bunch of scammers to me. Will probably never see my winnings.

Casino max slot games are good problem is when you win money. You have a hard time getting a withdrawal They just keep telling you. Theres currently a large number of people and the system will take some time to review. And ask you to be patient. Or you can deposit more money to up grade your states thats a poor way to treat your customers shouldn't matter if you deposit 50 or 1000 you win pay it out Sounds like they need to update their system. I won $400000 and to my surprise I got paid within 24 hours. Unreal. Got a new BMW some cocaine and a dozen hookers to boot. Even had Karen the lady on customer support. Just flew to my new house and banged the nice lady. Wow

You stole $30 from my bank account by misrepresenting a promotion. I thought I was depositing $30 into my bank account, instead I was stolen from. There was a countdown to your promo, so I didn't have time to create a user name & account. I'm very disappointed!

Refused to allow me to withdraw my winnings. SCAM!

I deposited $35 into my casino account via my bank card because I was having issues with my bitcoin wallet. Managed to increase my money to $50. Not a huge winning, but still good. I later tried to withdraw my winning via bitcoin. I had to first "verify" my account by uploading a copy of my drivers license, my debit card, and a bank statement. I spoke to multiple people who stated I would get my winnings once my account was verified. Only after this was all done was I told that I would not be allowed to withdraw via bitcoin since I deposited with a debit card. Then they told me that I would have to increase my winnings to $200 if I wanted to withdraw my money via bank transfer. No where on the cashier page when you are making a deposit does it stipulate this. When I mentioned this, they sent me a link to a "banking terms" that is not readily available anywhere on the casino website. When I told them I don't see the link, they said I would have to log out of my account to see it. Seriously!!

Stay away! Other better online casinos allow you to withdraw with any method available without all the hassle of uploading documents. CasinoMax is a scam!!!!

There's no problem depositing into your account. But if you try to cash in on your winnings, good luck to you. They required bank statements of my past credit cards which are no longer in my possession. I have not owned these cards for 10 years or more. Consequently, they declined my request to withdraw my winnings from the roulette table. If I could rate my experience zero stars, I would.
