I visited the Worthing Clark’s store today Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was served by Mo . I was greeted and the Staff were great. Amazing service as always and I purchased a great bag as a gift .

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful without being pushy in any way. Nicola in particular took paid to make sure we left with the goes we wanted and that they were as comfortable as possible.

the lady’s were all very nice, the lady Rebecca that helped me really put herself out to get the right size for me she had all different sizes and the widith of the shoes etc. she went to a lot of trouble to get me the correct shoes all the lady’s polite and very helpful. We’d booked in online for an appointment only to find the shop was closed (it’s not our usual Clarks) thankfully Steph was cleaning up inside and confirmed the shop was closed, but after finding out we’d booked and couldn’t be much later than the opening time, she said she’d measure the kids feet and then offered to show us the shoes available, but because the tills wouldn’t be on until 10:45/11am we’d have to come back to pay! Steph is an absolute angel, and definitely deserves some customer services recognition for going above and beyond; turning what would have been a complete Clark’s fail into being a success. Thank you Steph! Hopefully head office will sort out the time slot booking online, so the amazing staff can concentrate on doing an absolutely amazing job!
