As a business owner, I had no idea when it came to how to go about doing window furnshings for our little office. A friend told me about their experience with DIYblinds and it was pretty easy to order via them on the website. I did have a couple of follow up queries when installing and they were prompt to help without any delay. 10/10 would recommend buying from them. We bought motorised rollers.

So happy with the roller blinds I got from DIY. The online store was easy to navigate.
After I installed the blinds, I wasnt overly happy with having a chain hanging down my wall. Luckily they had a product which allowed me to retro fit my existing blinds into motorised blinds. Now I can now roll my blinds up and down, all while sitting on the coach, and it wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be.
I would definitely recommend installing yourself as it keeps cost down and is super easy.

DIY blinds are amazing to deal with. So easy to order and customer service is amazing. I dealt with Laura J and she was so knowledgeable with the product it put me at ease throughout the entire process. Blinds themselves have been great quality!

Easy to measure, easy to order and super easy to install. Theres a lot to choose and consider when buying blinds, but DIY made it easier to narrow down and choose the right fabric type and blind type for my living room area.

Communication was clear and I was suprised just how quickly my blinds got made and delivered. Bonus points for being made here in Australia. I’m looking forward to moving on to furnish the other rooms in my house now. Thanks DIY blinds.

Super easy and quick process to transform my apartment in to a beautiful warm space and home. I had a vision in my head and it’s literally now a reality. The team was really helpful and friendly and the finished product is better than what I expected. I’m obsessed with the new look.

Worst sales/service experience of my life
I tried to order online but needed to call customer service as there were two items I could not purchase online. Customer service agent advised that he would need to enter my order manually at their end so I gave him all of the measurements and all he had to do was enter what I gave him via email- he sent me the quote and had entered all the wrong information- after a few more attempts on his end I spoke to his manager who entered offered to send an installer out to recheck and make sure everything was correct for free if I paid a deposit- so I did- installer came and the next quote I recieved was still incorrect so I cancelled the order - I was then told they would be keeping 10% (500.00) for their time and to pay for the installer visit.
