I struggled to find a good agency that would get me roles consistently, especially since I am under 18. However, DMC Talent has been the best agency I have had, and I strongly recommend it if you are starting in your acting career.

I have been with DMC Talent for about a month now, and already they have surpassed expectations with plenty of bookings and awesome opportunities coming through almost every day! The staff are very responsive and helpful with the comprehensive information they provide for every shoot. They also run workshops and are always sending out emails of advice along the way.

DMC Talent are suited to my needs in the film and TV industry for background extra work with new and exciting roles offered on a regular basis. They are very professional, communication is above the board, and the staff are very friendly & helpful when needed.
I would highly recommend DMC Talent agency for anyone looking for casting background extra work in the film and TV industry. The roles i have had have been super exciting and motivate me through the entire shift.

I signed up with DMC 6 months ago. Almost as soon as I signed up Debbie and the team got me a role as an extra on a US Feature Film starring a Hollywood icon. That project has given me 3 months of essentially full-time work and incredible opportunities to work alongside the best of the best in the film industry. DMC's communication has been clear and consistent and they've always paid me fairly and on time. I honestly cannot praise them enough for their work and I look forward to many more projects to come.

I / we are a professional Santa & Mrs Claus and whilst it is not our peak season currently DMC are putting our names / images forward for numerous roles. These opportunities are not as Santa &/or Mrs Claus they are as "a couple" . We have been travelling a fair bit so not able to be "fully available" but now we have a clear run and someone who keeps putting us forward

I receive correspondence from DMC every day - a refreshing change from other agencies who are heard from upon sign up and then disappear. Additionally, I appreciate that DMC are contactable every day, ready to answer questions, offer advice, or assist with any queries I may have. Last but not least, DMC send through casting briefs multiple times a week, and do actively submit their talent for professional paid roles (some of which I have actually landed), re-enforcing the fact that they are a legitimate agency.

Been w DMC for over 8 years and love the ease of it all. Opt in for what I want to do and simply decline dates I can’t do. Debbi and team always very helpful when I needed help w submitted any auditions and able to trouble shoot. Very active agency but also not to push- it’s really up to you.

Debbie is such a kind, smart and lovely person and agent. She has helped me with a few tricky situations and always goes above and beyond for me, even outside of hours!
The team at DMC are often busy but will always reply, I have found emails are the best way to get everything across.
The help with auditions, self tapes and profiles was professional, slightly tricky but always fun, thanks to Kylie and Vanessa.
