Never gave up

Professional, knowledgeable and caring
At first I thought maybe this was one of those “cons” but I was quickly shown by there camera that we did have a serious problem about to get worse !! The first unlucky guys who had the pleasure of unblocking a very smelly loo/ drain, were extremely polite and got hold of “the boss” there and then to explain our problem ! They did show us on the camera that our pipe was disintegrating and it was obvious.
By the end of the next week it had all been bored out and a new raising pipe put in. The guys that came kept me informed of everything that they were doing and showed me on the camera at each stage of the process. We are very grateful that they didn’t have to dig up the bathroom to get to the pipe !! I highly recommend this company! Thank you Josh and the team 👍🏻

Very easy to book a job over the phone
Very easy to book a job over the phone, Abby was very professional and explained the fees.
Glen and Ty turned up on time and did a super job unblocking our sewer pipe, even talking to all the neighbours and giving us advice on how to prevent another blockage.
Would I use them again, yes, but I hope I won’t have to!

Jason and Nick came out the morning…
Jason and Nick came out the morning after i called about my drain issue.
They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the cause and the solution, shoeing me the collapsing pipe via a camera.
After discussed in detail what was necessary and the projected cost they got on with the job with minimal fuss.
They left the area perfectly clean and tidy.
i would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Rang yesterday, the guys were out today, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it, we had a previous plumber out who charged us without sorting the issue. We would have got these guys out in the first place had we known. Great service, polite guys, thank you.
