The unseen valuation was completed and it seemed to be high, based on their expected sentiment rather than actual sales data and particulars of the property. We insisted it was too high. It was marginally reduced, but still seemed too high. In terms of the analysis, it was compared to premium properties in the area to obtain an average rather than a mix.
