Customer service is absolutely awful. I have contacted them multiple times about my order being sent to wrong address and it being sent back to them. They are lying with saying they never received it back but by the usps tracker it's saying it was delivered back to the sender. So I guess I am out $40.
Never had more of a problem with a company than this one! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been requesting a refund for over a month. They have sent seversl excuses such as providing them with videos of my face so they can see what the issue is!! The eyelashes are not opened! I requested a refund within a few days of receiving them and deciding to return them. They are a nightmare company with HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND DONT EVEN BOTHER TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

This was their response to my disappointment about the product. “I am sorry to hear that the ElaraCraft™ Magnetic Lashes were not to your personal preference. Please note that our policy does not provide for returns or refunds in cases of buyer's remorse or personal preference regarding the feel or fit of the product.”

I will not give a star if I don’t have to. I bought two pairs. They are very difficult to put on. Don’t quite fit my eyes and extremely uncomfortable. It took me about 35 minutes to finally put both on, then one was off just after I blink my eyes. Imaging I go out with them, and wind blew on my face. They will be flying. On the same day, I contacted their customer service, emailing is the only way to get hold of someone, even so, my first email went out on 5/21/2026 to request for return and refund since the lashes are not working for me. I prided the reason why I need to return. Responded them with my order information, then they started asking for pictures and videos, after I sent them the videos and pictures. They want more photos from different angles, so I did. I sent them the photos, everything still in the packages. Now today is 6/3, they told me that I have to put the lashes in a specific way and mention nothing about return or refund. First time ever, I have not known that returning something could be so difficult. They are not cheap and the customer service is horrible, and the return is impossible. So my suggestion to you is stay away.

These lashes are TRASH! They have no magnetism to them. Zero. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I sent in videos to show these do not work as they requested and yet they still refuse to issue a refund. BOTH pairs (natural and fuller) I bought are terrible and do not even stick together. They promote a money back guarantee yet they refuse to honor it. Complete and total BS!!! Will also be reporting them to the BBB.

I started buying these about a year ago, at first the Natural lashes were nice and pretty. I loved them. Then they changed up! My last 3 sets I bought were noticeably different, not as many lashes and not as long. Couldn’t even tell they were on. I emailed their customer service. Since that’s the only way to get ahold of them. They will not respond back so looks like I won’t be getting my money back. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch so I ordered again, 3 sets for $42. And they were still just as bad. They’ve definitely changed their lashes. They’re cheaply made and look awful. Will never buy from them again!

Do not order from this company. There is no return policy I emailed support 4 x and didn’t receive a response only because I stopped payment. They still will not help me return the item because they don’t work at all. Also, the support number states party is not available. This is a scam company. Stay way!!

I should have researched before buying. The lashes were defective did not align on the applicator. Immediately requested a refund and never got a response back.

Terrible, terrible product. Even worse customer service. The website boasts a 30 day money back guarantee, but when I requested a refund, I was told that my purchase was just buyer's remorse and they refused to refund.

I ordered & paid for 4 rebel loon pins from ellacraft & only received 3. Sent 4 emails to ellacraft at their support email & all were marked undeliverable. There is no other contact information. My order was HAA12022!

I received my lashes and immediately realized they would not work for me as they were not long enough and one set was damaged. Initially I was very persistent in asking for my money back under their guidelines of return. They either ignored me or stated they already answered my request. I finally gave up and am out $36. Horrible business to work with.

Customer service is non existent! The eye lashes are so small and don’t fit my eyes (my eyes aren’t big and normally other lashes are too big, so this was a first). I reached out for their “money back guaranteed” if not 100% satisfied…. What a bunch of lies! No one responds to assist you with returning/getting a refund. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible product, very cheap, the “fuller” ones are sparse short lashes.

Ordered lashes on 6/21/25 . As of 10/3/25, still have not received lashes.. Lying, scammer company saying that I cannot return lashes since it’s past 14 days. How can I return something I never received !? They are Refusing to return my money. Will be super vocal anywhere and everywhere that I can be. Just do the right thing, ELARACRAFT! Shame on you ! Do better !

Ordered the lashes on 8/12/25. Emailed their "excellent customer service" same day, just a few hours after ordering, requesting to cancel after reading the reviews. I did not receive an email back until 9/30/25 stating its too late to cancel (well no duh, its been a month and a half). I did receive the lashes but the quality is terrible. I could never wear them, lashes on Amazon are 100% better and half the price.

If I could give a zero I would. The order took almost 2 months to come in and I emailed the company accusing them that they had scammed me out of my money and they responded with the shipment comes from over seas. They did finally show up only to have both sets not work and not even magnetize to each other as advertised. So long 35 bucks.

I have been contacting this company by email about cancelling my order that has not been responded too. I even called and no one picks up. I believe that this company is a scam. They have billed my credit card twice and I called my credit card company and I have explained the situation. Also
there is not a return address on their
package for me to return it. I have contacted and they still haven't cancelled my subscription neither did the respond to my email

their support with no prevail.

UPDATE: I still never received a response from this company, but my order finally showed up.

I ordered two sets of lashes. Twice. The first order went just fine. The second order they have not sent them. Their bogus tracking website has no tracking progress listed, but states they were delivered. Multiple emails and calls for status have been ignored. Total scam company. Do not order from them.

I ordered 2 sets of lashes which means it would be 2 pairs in each container received. Both containers only had a set for 1 eye. I immediately sent In a request for refund as the proper product amount is incorrect. Per their email, it says because I opened the container, they cannot issue a refund. There is no way to see the product is missing a complete set without opening the white opaque box. They don’t even honor their own refund policy. I hope they get the karma they deserve.
