Caricato più di 700€ e mai fatta una vincita. MAI.
Caricai circa 6000€ a dicembre...arrivai a 8000€ e da subito mi hanno bloccato le scommesse.iniziai a prelevare ad 800€ alla volta, il massimo che consentivano e poi scese a 500€ alla volta.
A marzo avevo ancora 2400€ e per mandarmi 500€ mi chiesero un sacco di documenti che ho mandato....dopo più di 2 mesi, cioè ieri, mi hanno chiuso il conto, annullato il prelievo e sequestrato i 2400€ dicendomi che ho abusato dei bonus e avuto un comportamento fraudelendo.
io?...loro si prendono i soldi ed io li ho frodati?

Al fin ME HAN REALIZADO EL INGRESO EN MI CUENTA. He tenido que esperar 56 días para el ingreso. Totalmente lamentable que una persona tenga que esperar 2 meses para que le ingresen su dinero. Lamentable que te cierren la cuenta porque les da la gana, por una "decisión administrativa" según dicen ellos y que te tengan 2 meses esperando sin saber si vas a recuperar o no un dinero que es tuyo. Lo importante es que al final han devuelto el dinero. Quiero agradecer a todas las personas de este foro por su ayuda y a la persona de Frumzi que ha estado ayudándome desde este foro. Gracias por todo. Lo siento pero no recomendaría este casino. Tiene muy buenas cuotas en deportes pero dos meses esperando a recuperar tu dinero... No es justo.

I am still receiving the same generic answers without any real explanation, timeframe or actual update about my withdrawal. Your public reply sounds helpful, but in reality nothing changed and I am simply being sent from one generic response to another. This is now very frustrating and stressful because it involves my money and nobody is giving a clear answer.

Da giorno 21 aprile una persona a cui ho fatto iscrivere non riceve pagamento di un prelievo. ASSURDO !! Mai visto una cosa del genere .
Inaccettabile.
A questo punto io che mettevo tanti soldi non li metto più .
La persona segnalera' a tutti i circuiti bancari il blocco dei pagamenti a questo sito tramite i canali corretti.
Ho fatto una figuraccia.

Wow... Its a very very poor service. Payout is taking ages... Notice i have spend in excess of 30.000 euros and i have never been confident in recieving payout i have to chase them and at this moment of time i cant get any respond of them. I have emailed vip manager several times and got no respond.. Currently cant even get through to get any help.
Avoid at all cost. You will only loose money

Io mi sto trovando malissimo , ho fatto una vincita sostanziosa a gennaio e ad oggi mi sono andati a buon fine solo 3 prelievi ,l'ultimo mi è arrivato l'8 marzo e da allora che provo a fare altri prelievi ma restano sempre in fase di "verifica" e non succede nulla , inoltre alcune volte trovo dei bonus attivi (non sono io ad attivarli ) che bloccano automaticamente i prelievi .
Se risolvono bene ,altrimenti non consiglio.

Les cuesta muchísimo tramitar los retiros. Tengo un retiro del dia 24 de marzo que aun no he cobrado. Segun ellos un problema con el proveedor.
De momento me hicieron cancelarlo y volver a empezar el tramite.
Les comenté que ya que se había retrasado todo sin tener culpa que agilizaran el tramite.
Te dicen que si, te piden disculpas, pero no hace nada de nada.
Muy mal servicio de soporte.
Preguntas por esto y responden en general como van los retiros, eso si con educación y pudiendo disculpas en cada frase.
En resumen, muchas palabras pero ningún hecho

I made a withdrawal on March 23rd, it's already March 30th and nothing has been updated yet.
I went into live chat with the Frumzi team 3-4 times and they only say that they reported the situation to the responsible department in all the chats I had with them and to wait.
I think it's absurd to have such a long wait for a withdrawal of only 300 euros...
