Very bad experience! They keep your money for more than a month. I've been waiting for 4 weeks but they always apologize to me and they say nonsense! Unpaid withdrawal
I made a withdrawl request on 15/07/2025 for $1000nzd
It has still not been paid to me, I have contacted chat support over 10 times and every time I get told there is a backlog of withdrawals and they are doing all they can. It has been 11 days, this is not good enough. Then when chat staff don't have an answer they just end the chat.
Absolutely disgusting, I need that money ASAP!!!! its not fair they can treat customers this way.
My friends at the top will be hearing about this if I'm not paid out in the next 4 days!!!!!

Valuto esperienza slot. A dir poco imbarazzante. La perdita è parte del gioco, ma ricaricando a botte di 20€ e giocando su diversi provider non ho mai raggiunto la somma di €50 di saldo.
