I was looking forward to using this over Christmas but unfortunately my delivery is really late with no sign of it coming yet. I emailed customer service, who apologised but would not tell me when to expect the delivery by. Based on my tracker, it will be at least, another 2 weeks late. Most companies email customers when they realise a package is delayed but Gatsbycanvas will not do this. I won't be buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend using this company to anybody. There delivery dates are false advertising.

Concerned this was a scam after reading the review but thought to give it a go anyway.
Products turned up in primo condition 3 weeks after ordering (during the Christmas period).
I had emailed them when I hadn’t heard anything after a week and they gave me a discount for the delay

I purchased this for my girlfriend as a Christmas present, it has bee over 3 weeks and it still has not been delivered. Be warned this is another "TEMU" style product being shipped form somewhere in China. I wish they were more transparent about where the items are coming from and that they would arrive for the following year's Christmas. Definitely would not recommend

I ordered on the 2nd Nov 2025 in the hope that I would receive my order before Christmas. Unfortunately as I write this review my order still hasn't arrived. This was a Christmas present for several members of my family. Upon doing some research as with everything nowadays shipping is from China. Jenny whom I've been dealing with has been fantastic but unfortunately due to the length of time it has taken and I still haven't received my order I can only give 1 star. Having read other reviews I'm hoping the product gets to me in one piece as refunds are not granted once the items have been posted. Jenny informed me that it is a small team and the company are only new this year. I can understand they were very busy with orders but I feel they should have been more prepared especially at Christmas time.

I had a very disappointing experience. My order wasn't marked as "shipped" until seven days after I placed it, and even now I still haven't received a tracking number or an estimated delivery date, despite asking multiple times.

These items are made and shipped from China, which the company does not make clear. The delivery timelines advertised on the website were unrealistic, and based on what I saw at checkout, I fully expected the order to arrive before Christmas.

I paid over a large amount for these as a gift, but I can't speak to the quality because they still haven't arrived. At this point, I just want a refund so I can buy something else, but customer service refused since the order is supposedly "on the way."
I would not recommend going through the same frustration I have. Save your money.

Poor experience - they make out they are a uk company but they are based in china. I ordered 3 canvasses on 6th dec in plenty of time for Xmas presents - it is 24th December and they have not arrived. They managed to get on a plane from china on 21st dec so god only knows when I’ll get them - back out shopping for a different present. Rubbish

At the checkout it said to order today to receive on time it before Xmass - well today is the 24th and it’s not even dispatched. No one answering me on their Instagram.

Glad I paid with Amex, will dispute this.

I ordered my gifts during the black Friday deals. I couldn't believe the freebies I received. I wished I kept one for myself. But thank you they arrived in a timely manner.

Both sides of canvas badly bent and creased and scratching tool tip has broken off the handle before even opened it.

I have bought 3 sets and have ordered another two sets, they are so relaxing and I love doing them and the results are amazing

I added something into my cart and before checkout was reached out to by an actual human instead of a robot asking if I would like a discount code (I got distracted and was taking a while) which is absolutely amazing! Then when my package came it was DESTROYED by the delivery service, I received a response SO fast, they offered me a partial refund and to send a new package, I didn’t want the refund but I did want the package as I was really looking forward to it and when it came they threw in an extra canvas do to the inconvenience that wasn’t even their fault. By far the BEST customer service I’ve ever seen and the product itself is amazing. Exactly as it was shown in the ads and so relaxing!

Ordered a selection of 5 canvases. Not sure how, but the order went through as 5 of the same canvas. Contacted Gatsby and they corrected immediately - all i had to pay for was the delivery cost of the replacement. Support was really helpful and understanding. Quality of the item is also great and enjoy completing all the canvases in time.

Really poor service, they an update on address for delivery and I confirmed it was correct, the then still didn’t send the items. Have not received the goods and needed them today for holiday. Really poor

We ordered a canvas recently as a gift for Christmas for our son. It arrived damaged by either customs or our postal service. I emailed Jenny in customer services, and she arranged a replacement canvas, and for the inconvenience she has sent us a complimentary one too! 2 for 1 effectively. These guys are great. Keep it up!

First class can’t fault these guys I made a mistake when ordering emailed they sorted it less than 24 hours will defo order again keep up the great job

Gatsby Canvas not only has amazing products, but immensely kind, helpful, and VERY responsive customer service! I had a fantabulous experience with them on my birthday when my partner had accidentally ordered me 3 of the same canvas and they helped me get the two different varieties I had wanted with no stress and no fuss. The email responses were so quick, kind, and understanding that I was blown away and I've been telling all my friends and family about it. I highly recommend Gatsby Canvas to everyone!! 💜

I started with KOI fish from The Tales of Japan collection and I am loving it, I love the canvas prints and I find that my anxiety is non existent whilst I am concentrating on the scratching. ❤️ I will definitely be purchasing more canvas's and I have to say that the customer service deserves a 5 ⭐ also. Absolutely recommend this company. Exceptional customer service, same day replies. All canvasses came neatly packaged, nothing was damaged. Will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.

it's my fourth time buying from them across the past year and I finally decided to post a review, because I'm just so impressed! the products look amazing and they are constantly making new designs and concepts so every time I ordered I got pleasantly surprised. I remember the first time I ordered, it was just an envelope and a canvas in a regular mailer bag (my canvas arrived bent and slightly damaged and when I reached out to their customer service they arranged for a free replacement for me right away). Fast forward a year later, now they come in these really pretty and sturdily padded mailer bags and the envelope/packaging is actually an origami piece that can be folded into a display stand for the canvas. the paper quality also feels so much better. you can really see the effort they are putting into making these products and the thought they put in to listen to the customers.
