We have been with Geoh since before EVV was mandated. We met with Doug. He was patient, funny and was available every step of the way as we learned to use the platform. As the company grew, we were introduced to Tyrell Angeles. I'm not kidding when I say he has TOP NOTCH customer services skills! He is quick to respond, understands the nature of this business and quickly and effectively handles any issues. The app is easy to use for caregivers and admin staff. The patience and customer service from Tyrell is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and if he says he will call you back, he does. I've not had any additional problems or situations with the new system. Still learning all the systems and its qualities as needed.
The only thing is that, the company is growing and I'm afraid, I won't get Tyrell as much when I need him.
And I understand that, but he is a great representation of good quality customer service!

I really appreciate the quick responses to my email inquiries, especially with billing and app issues. Derek is great and very patient with my Medicaid billing. My team and I are able to get issues resolved quickly, via the assistance of the Geo staff.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars rate due to having some issues with staff clocking in certain areas. Unsure if due to rural area are not but this the only small thing I noticed with the app since using
