Incredibly responsive support team!

I really can't fault them. The systems provided all have their quirks (not that this is the fault of Gradwell) and the team have been amazing at helping us learn how to use these systems as well as to iron out any teething problems we've had. I'd happily recommend them to anyone in need of a Telephony Service!

It is fantastic to receive such good customer services. From first contacting Gradwell, I immediately got a reassuring feeling that I was in good hands, not only were they polite and helpful, they also proved to offer professional technical support. Real specialist in their field! I don't normally write reviews but I haven't received such good customer service from a supplier since post COVID. Our company now have internet and SIP lines with them. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

We have been Gradwell for a few years now and they are always so helpful and very responsive. Sheena was especially helpful this time, she talked me through all the steps needed to sort out issue and gave recommendations on what to do etc. I would highly recommend Gradwell to anyone looking at phone systems for their business. Can't be any more impressed with Gradwell. Starting at sales, to project management, implementation and then support.
The sales side have been very patient as it has taken longer than expected to be approved to move forward with the order. Project Management have taken over the project. Everything has been clear and precise. A well laid out and agreed timeline for the project, delivering at each stage. Then onto the installation. Worked through all of my requests to build the system to our requirements. Slight changes here and there. Full guided tour of our system again with a timeline to follow for all further stages. A couple snags at our end the day after Go Live with our local network / internet connection. Gradwell advised and worked through all small issues giving me details to go to our ISP. All with multiple phone calls to make sure I'm happy and things were going as expected. Thank you to all the Team at Gradwell

Excellent service from start to finish. Good knowledgeable advice given as to what would suit our requirements the best, product delivered on time and thorough training given on its use.

As a new start up business, we needed a cost effective VOIP solution with a call recording facility. We had an initial chat with Blair Jenkins in their sales function and we found him to be very professional and he made sure he understood our requirements before making some recommendations. We opted to go with their Wave system which is an excellent alternative to 3CX and has very similar functionality but at a much lower cost.

We were then passed Zack Peppiatt in their onboarding team who talked us through the various steps. He kindly arranged a teams call and gave us a thorough overview of the system, answering all questions along the way. He was very thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Only once he was satisfied that we were happy did he let us go away and use our new system.

Overall, we have found Gradwell to be a really good company to deal with and very responsive. Any subsequent queries we've had have been answered in around 3 rings. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gradwell to other businesses, regardless of size or sector.
