Absolutely appalling business.Poorly run by a narcissistic maniac who talks sexual on lives when kids are watching.Cats all over the worktops where she prepares her food AND her desk where she makes the cups.These cats are neglected,there is photographic evidence of worms hanging out the cats ar$ehole whilst on live.They are also riddled with fleas and piss all over her flat.
Please check ALL of the awareness pages on TikTok about her.Especially the pages DWP VOL 4 and SinnerSkinner.

It's there for all to see.This person is not wired right,that much is evident by the way she speaks.Absolutely foul language,turns EVERYTHING sexual (I'm very broad minded but she is borderline disturbed).She has also spoken very,very inappropriately to young people on the app asking about their private parts.

There is something deeply unsettling about how she speaks to people.
Also blocking when you've paid for a cup for absolutely no reason.Scamming charities with questionable raffles on tiktok.Strange Go-Fund me's and no evidence of where the money has gone.

As for her business.We have seen that the stoppers at the bottom of the cups are easily removed or fall out which could prove fatal if a child swallowed it.
The glitter is awful,clumpy and splits in what looks like stagnant pond water.The standards of hygiene are below 0.Trading standards and environmental health should be closing her down.
..Not to mention the deep dive by factfreak on YouTube about her.
If you have ordered from her and not happy,please make sure you get a chargeback from your bank.These cups are not fit to use.
Seriously folks,if you are stupid enough to order off her and spend your cash on this crap,you really need to give your head a shake.
There are PLENTY of great,small and grateful businesses out there who really would appreciate your custom.

I watched her live and the way she spoken to customers and current customers was disgusting! I've lady had a few questions regarding the cups and her reply was 'i would rather you didn't order if you have questions, so don't order' what the hell!. On another live her cat was seen walking all over the table where she makes the snow globes and she was also seen touching her v*gina, under her trousers then going back to make cups. She is an absolute vile human being with no awareness of hygiene.

Ive watched her on live and she has the worst customer service ever!! Blocking customers for asking why they have not received their orders yet! People getting cups made very poorly and very bad quality! Look up her shop and do your research before buying fron her! She runs raffles that are scams so dont try and enter one! There are plenty of cup creators around, she has low stock of everything and makes only a basic cup with minimal choices for wraps, you cam choose colors for glitter but she wont let you choose the type of flow or how much glitter you want, the glitter splits and cups look like crap after a week because she doesn't use the proper solution ratios.

Ordered a tumbler while Rachel was live and she said she wasn’t going to fulfil my order because of the name on my shopify account… But not 10 seconds later I get a notification saying the order has been accepted!
Asked her multiple times to cancel the order so I could change the name and she completely ignored my requests.
The chat on the live feed were all telling her I was a legit buyer with a large following but she ignored EVERY comment, including mine which was pinned to the top of the feed.
Not long after she muted me and blocked me from her page!
Can’t do a charge back for 7 days but honestly considering letting her keep it seeing as she so desperately needs it.

She is a very nasty women. Ignores people in her live comments when they are asking about their order. And she always asks the people that order who the cups are for? when it’s nothing to do with her. disgusting vile women.

Most awful experience purchasing a product online.

Tried to discuss in live and was muted, customer service should not be discussing an order in front of another 150 people. Had to explain WHO it was for as if she had the right to know.

You have no rights and no money because of all the chargebacks… enjoy

Doesn’t deserve one star! Refunded my order that I placed for my son’s birthday for no reason. I emailed my requirements via email because we can’t all spend all day on TIK TOK! No explanation as to why. Really unprofessional to leave customers down like this.

Ordered a cup from this absolute unit 2 weeks ago. She was so rude to me when asking when the cup would arrive whilst resting her breasts on her desk, rewind to 2 days ago and I finally received my cup...as I opened the box I was overcome with a strong odour of a tuna like smell in which I can only assume the cup was rubbed against her vagina before sending. Also a stray pube was found in the decal sticker. Avoid at all costs!

I would rather give 0 stars. Unprofessional, rude, doesn't send the cups out. Packaging is not appropriate for posting. Boxes get thrown on the floor before and cups are full of black cat hairs. This tik tok terror needs to stop scamming people and be reported. Lots of chargebacks!!

Beware of purchasing from this seller ,she is very abrupt, rude and ignores your choices of the way you want it made ,she doesn't listens whilst her cats a all over her working station whilst she working, she doesn't wash her hands after touching her face ect ,hygiene very poor .
I will never ever purchase again as delivery was weeks and the cup was terrible, it wasn't worth trying to send it back as she ignores all correspondence. What my advice is for future customers is to avoid this seller and do your research first by looking at reviews and watch her when she is live making them .

Will never try and order from this woman again. Rude and abusive to potential customers, quality of cup is cheap and made with substandard materials, and then charges a ridiculous amount of money for broken product.

Was interested in ordering a cup when I heard about the business in CDWM. However when I had tuned into her live and seen how fake she was and how bad she actually speaks and treats her paying ‘customers’ I was shocked and my thought's of ordering a cup off her were gone. I went elsewhere and that’s what others should do. I now have a lovely cup by NHR Snowglobes and the glitter does not settle like Rachel’s does. She will try tell you that it’s supposed to do that but it isn’t supposed to at all. If you have got a cup from here make sure you get a chargeback and get your money back. Do not recommend, just from the way she speaks to you, yet alone the work she sends out.
