I ordered a custom kit and some accessories. My original order was $88.57 and received email from Patricia with a mock up of my order and a recommendation to upgrade the size for an additional $11.25 to which I agreed. I received a separate email with an invoice to pay the upgrade fee to which I promptly paid and emailed her letting her know the upgrade invoice was paid. I received further correspondence from her about the details of my order. In one email she asked if I was happy with the mock up image sent. I told her as long as it looks good and is readable I was good to proceed with the order. I then received another email stating they were refunding my order due to lack of correspondence. I replied to that email stating I have saved copies of 15+ emails sent back and forth about this order so I didn't understand how there was no correspondence. She apologized and said she would have to place a new order for my kit and again attached a mock up image of the kit and asked if I liked the mock up because the image looked pixelated on her end. I again stated that I need this order to look good as it is going to be a gift from our graduating senior class and told her I would be happy to send a higher resolution image of the deer head if needed. Since then I have not received any response. I was issued a refund of the original kit price of $88.57 but was not issued the additional $11.25 upgrade fee I payed for. I have tried reaching out multiple times with no response. I am truly disappointed as someone I know recommended this company. So far this process has been frustrating and the lack of customer support is even more aggravating. Not to mention the loss of money.

I ordered a custom print, it's taken more than a month to receive. They say their Australian based company but everything is printed in China. Been in constant contact trying to get updates with no priveil. I will never be using this company again for any further orders

Homecraftology always have excellent quality diamond art. I still have a few to get through but each one I do never a problem with them.

I love the options for either square or rounds dots it gives me choice. Also your designs are fantastic and beautiful. You customer service is quick to respond and resolve a minor problem I had in October 2025. I highly recommend Home Craftology!

The kit was complete and the picture was good and sticky i just love all the home craftology products you can tell they stand behind they're products
