I Love these guys, they are my go to for gifts and for myself, each piece is beautifully crafted, perfectly packaged and is exactly what I expect, It's a joy to receive a Hurley Burley Parcel.

I have made several purchases from these guys and the best bit is that when things go slightly out of kilter they correct them. They respond immediately in spite of challenges that they are no doubt covering.

Absolutely brilliant company. I had an unusual and awkward request to be printed on a bracelet, the communication was fast and professional, the delivery was amazingly fast and the finished product is much more than I could of ever hoped for. I ordered a silver constellation necklace and a silver locket for my daughter's 21st. They were engraved but still came the next day! I was amazed by the service and quality and I know she will love the jewellery. I even received 10% discount. I have some more birthdays coming up so I will definitely be using them again.

Ordered a men’s bracelet with an engraved clasp. They sent it but the engraved part was facing upwards and the letters are back to front (instead of facing forwards as pictured in their advertising pictures or at least facing upwards but the right way round) I emailed them and attached a picture.

Their response was attachments of the advertised pictures telling me that’s what I ordered. Funnily enough, if my item was the same as those pictured and not upside down and back to front I wouldn’t be complaining.

A simple mistake would have been absolutely if it was resolved but the customer service was abysmal.

I ordered a teenage boy's leather bracelet with my nephew's initials on for his birthday. I ordered it on a Friday morning and I received it the very next day! My nephew was absolutely thrilled with it. Unfortunately, he had only had it 2 weeks when the clasp part broke. I got in touch with Hurleyburley and they immediately sent a replacement with initials, which I received again, the very next day. I returned the faulty one to them.
I would like to say that this company have exceptional customer service. They reply immediately to queries, and they replaced my purchase in an amazingly short time. I was extremely impressed on both occasions when I received the item the very next day. The pleasantness of their staff comes across in their emails, and their willingness to help. Terrific company.

Very responsive with communication phone/email , received wheat chain following day. Absolutely delighted with the product, even offered me a discount code that I never asked for. I’ve never been so pleased and I’m fussy and don’t even like jewellery but now my mother’s ashes hang proudly off the perfect chain . Well done hurleyburley team

In the past six months I have been absolutely addicted to this company! I am placing orders for myself, friends and families, left right and centre! The quality and service is outstanding from the company, they go above and beyond, and not to mention, delivery is always super fast! I would highly recommend supporting this small independent company as their stuff is amazing and I will continue to buy from them as long as they're around!

I first placed a order before Christmas off a necklace and earrings but they didn’t turn up after contact was told they were sent then to be told they made mistake and sent them out received in January.Items we’re cheaper by then in sale and after several conversations refunded difference I had paid above sale price.Earings cost £350 and one of them lost as backing has failed contacted again to see if could purchase a single earring and answer is no need to purchase a pair.I wish I’d never seen this company Hurley burley items are cheap rubbish for high prices and awful to deal with DONT USE SAVE YOUR MONEY

I ordered a custom made necklace for my daughter. The price was reasonable and it arrived very quickly in a lovely gift box. The necklace was beautiful and as described. My daughter loves it. Thank you very much.

Excellent service and first class product. Absolutely delighted with the silver bangle and heart charms. Ordered on Saturday and received, duly engraved, on the following Tuesday. Thank you Staff at Hurley Burley!

The customer service at Hurley Burley is excellent. I ordered a product which (by my error) was sent to the wrong address and they were very helpful in getting a replacement sent out of goodwill. Would recommend. Can't comment on the product as it was sent as a present to a friend

Very-very happy with their service, I got a replacement for free for my torn bracelet, that was very nice from them as at the beginning I just asked them for an advice of how that can be fixed as I knew it wasn't their fault at all. So they were just so kind and they sent a replacement to me.

Very disappointed and annoyed. I ordered a mans bracelet from this company in plenty of time for Christmas. They have sent a completely different bracelet costing half the price I paid. They give no phone number on the invoice or website and when I finally found a number to ring it’s voicemail only saying you won’t get anything now before Christmas. Great. Poor service..don’t bother.

Purchased two pairs of earrings from this company, packaging was lovely and delivery extremely quick, however, one pair fit perfectly yet the other pair wouldn’t go through any of my 10 piercings even though the earrings state the same measurements.

Contacted the company and they said due to hygiene reasons they couldn’t do anything about it which is understandable, however I am now left with £35 worth of earrings that are unwearable without a mention of seeing if the earrings are faulty or an exchange or gift card, nothing. Sadly very disappointed after trying to support a small local company!

I ordered three scarves around Christmas and the pom pom's started to fall off fairly quickly. I told Hurley Burley and the customer service was fantastic, they were very apologetic for the inconvenience and sent out three replacements which arrived the next day.

The replacement scarves are different, as I requested, and feel like better quality.

My 5 stars are for the outstanding service I received. You can really tell they care about their customers.
