I was dealt with in customer support by Lorraine, who on two occasions with my most recent order exceeded my expectations. I've had repeated orders from this firm, and always delighted with the speed of the deliveries and the quality of the items when they arrive. I was just asked to provide some images by email and no questions asked, I wasn't made to feel like I was 'cheating' the system and the issues were resolved literally by reply email. I will continue to order from this firm on my future property projects. Thanks Lorraine.

Ordered 2 lamps and a mirror. Products are great and look fantastic. The service provided by Industville was fantastic, great packaging and brilliant communication. Will definitely use again in future and will recommend to others

We purchased 3 light fittings from Industville in December 25 and recently had them fitted. We bought these online and had hoped that they would be as beautiful to look at as they appeared but they actually exceeded our expectations so much so that the electrician who fitted them enquired about where we got them.
Prior to fitting the lights, we had to contact Industville and we experienced exceptional customer service. We believe we spoke to the same person a number of times and by looking at the previous reviews, this person could be Lorraine but unfortunately, I didn’t take her name.
We highly recommend Industville not only for the quality of their great lighting goods but also the fantastic customer services that is consistently delivered.
It’s an excellent independent business.

I have yet to receive my goods but this company offers outstanding customer service. I changed my mind on some lights and Lorraine was very helpful in guiding me through the returns process. She has been exceptional and this type of service from an online retailer is hard to come by. Thank you Industville and especially Lorraine - I’ll be back to leave a product review shortly but for now, don’t hesitate to buy from this company as they offer free returns and excellent support if you change your mind.

I ordered from them twice. Both times they sent me damaged or defective items. Their customer service is terrible. Avoid.

We have purchased lights for all over our house and they are great and look amazing.
Just purchased a rug in the sale and so glad I did i absolutely love it.
Would highly recommend, the products are expensive but worth every penny. 5☆

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience

I ordered a rug from Industville and was really disappointed with what arrived. The rug turned up dirty, damp, and stained — definitely not what I expected from a reputable company. When I contacted customer service, they could only arrange a collection that required me to stay home all day. I even took a day off work to make sure I didn’t miss it, but no one ever turned up.

Overall, this has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor product quality and unreliable service — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them based on what I’ve been through.

Really happy with the service. A part of the order was mussing and they sent the missing part out to us the same day really impressed and love the lights too. Very good high-end quality.

I am so pleased with the quality and appearance of the products that Industville sells. They are easy to install for electricians (which most other lighting companies don’t care as much about) and it will definitely be my go to place for decorative light fittings as they all look the absolute part!

The service was 5***** and I was very pleased to have next day delivery included. If anyone is looking to buy any light fittings then look no further, you will not regret it!

I have ordered from Industville for years and love their products. I recently bought one of their rugs which is amazing by the way.
Unfortunately, the courier left this outside on a rainy day so it did get slightly wet but Kat got back to me straight away offering me lots of different options. I was happy to keep the rug after I aired it out, but they did offer me a partial refund and extended my returns incase I change my mind.
I am so pleased with the product but also the customer service has been amazing. I will always recommend Industville. They have been absolutely brilliant 😊

I have purchased lighting from Industville over the years. With some new building work at home, I have recently made further purchases. Phoning for advice on replacing a broken glass shade, I was given friendly and helpful advice. One Brooklyn light no longer required had to be returned and the process was super easy with free returns and a refund processed quickly. Thank you Industville. I love your products so hope to be back again.

This is a TRULY AWFUL company with a spectacular level of indifference and contempt for their customers. The showroom appears to prefer viewing to be arranged by appointment online in advance which I did for Wednesday afternoon this week. When I arrived at the scheduled time having taken the afternoon off work for annual leave (the showroom is closed at weekends) I stood outside for ten minutes having rung the door bell three times only for nobody to answer door and so I gave up and headed home . When I rang the company this morning to complain about my "appointment" I was told by a highly disengaged and uninterested lady that I would have to call back as she needed to switch off her computer to enable her to deal with my call (and no I couldn't hold while she did so). Naively, a little later I attempted to register my complaint again by phone a more interested and helpful lady did apologise and assured me someone would call me back "within an hour" to assist me...... five hours later...... I wanted to view their products as my wife and I have two projects underway for which we require possibly up to twelve new light fittings, the total cost of the items on Industville's website we were interested in was approaching £2000.00. Why the f*** should we bother!!! Utterly pointless trying to engage with this company.....

I went to their showroom as wanted to physically see the lights, rather than buy online from the many online shops. Very helpful lady showed me round. The lights have been up for a few months now, and they are lovely!

Over the last 18 months I have been undertaking a house renovation. I purchased outdoor lights when on sale.
The lights when installed by an electrician now trip my consumer box. Explained this to the customer service agent and provided photos.
Having spent around £1000 on lights. the customer service is poor. Just thanked me for bringing this to their attention, no real advice given.
We have since removed the outside lights as everytime there is rain or very cold weather it trips the electrics.
I just want to be clear that the electrician has tested everything in the house and its of good working order silicon beads have been placed around the rose of the outdoor lights, but possibly the wiring in the lights is not right causing my electrics to trip.

My advice to anyone who is currently undertaking a house renovation especially given the cost of industville products don't spend the money with this company, if anything goes wrong... it's your fault & money out of your pocket to rectify.

Excellent products and a great website! The site is easy to use, and the dispatch and delivery are very fast. I didn't read the description carefully, so I spent some time looking for the screws and fitting before realizing they weren't included. I wouldn't hesitate to order again!

I placed an order on the 4th and proceeded to hear nothing. Upon chasing them 6 working days later to find out when my order might be arriving, I had an automated response saying I’d be contacted within 6 hours. I heard nothing. I rang later in the day to be told to look for a tracking number in my email-I never received one. I was told I’d be put through to the relevant person to get one, only be hung up on. They never called me back despite me having JUST given my number. I then emailed to say as much. The next day they replied saying that the items I had ordered a week ago, were in fact out of stock. It was 3 of the same large pendants so their stock figures are clearly way out. Very disappointed in such rubbish customer service, it really doesn’t take much to let the customer know. Won’t be returning and I say be wary when it comes to their outlet stock levels, especially if you’ve set your heart on something.

My table lamps arrived within two days, were packed extremely well and the quality of the lamps is outstanding.
