Always reliable shuttle pick up to and from Cancun airport and friendly staff. This has been my rent a car company of choice when visiting the area.

Rentamos el coche 7 días y nos parecio excelente la experiencia , pudimos visitar muchos lugares.Asistencia Vial fueron muy amables y estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros , si nos presenta otro viaje volveríamos a rentar con Infinity Car Rental.

Infinity has very fair pricing. Car was clean but too basic. Employees were courteous and attentive. I would use company again.

Servicio rápido y sencillo sin complicaciones en la Ciudad de México al reservar fue ágil nos llevaron por el auto nos lo entregaron bastante rápido al entregar fue rápido y sencillo también contraté el seguro completo y no hubo complicaciones gracias

El personal muy amable, desafortunadamente el auto que nos dieron, estaba algo descuidado, pero nos sirvió para lo que necesitábamos que era transportarnos, definitivamente si volvería a contratar el servicio con ellos por el excelente precio que tienen y el buen servicio al cliente

The staff at Infinity was very professional from my first inquiry until we returned the car. They were very clear about their pricing upfront and didn’t try to up-sell or sneak any other costs in there. The van was in excellent condition. I am very impressed by the service (at the Merida airport) and will definitely use them again!

en INFINITY CAR RENTAL MERIDA el servicio es de primera, la atención es de 5 estrellas, la amabilidad del Sr. Enrique Pérez es excelente, los tiempos de entrega del vehículo muy bien, el auto que me rentaron fue un Nissan March 4 puertas 2023 en excelentes condiciones, el desempeño del auto cumplió con todas mis expectativas de traslado de un lugar a otro sin problema alguno, el traslado de las oficinas de Infinity al aeropuerto fue de primera linea, en resumen estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio en general y recomiendo ampliamente a INFINITY CAR RENTAL MERIDA a todo aquel que quiera disfrutar este servicio de renta de autos por servicio y por costo accesible

LAID HANDS ON MY UNCLE!!!!
When we got there the car we had rented wasn’t available. We were 5 people waiting in the car and my uncle came too check up on us. He had the air condition running because we had a 8 month old baby in the car. The boss of the store was mad we had the ac running because we were using his gasoline so he laid hands on my uncle to get him away from the steering wheel. The owner turned off the ac and the car was standing right in the sun at 35 degrees with a baby inside l. They closed the door of the car so we couldn’t get out!!
Finally my father opened the door and let us out. They were starting to take out things out of the van because they needed it to pick up more people from the airport but they still hadn’t found a solution to us not having a car. We told them to get their hands off our personal belongings because they were taking them out off the car. Finally they let us borrow the car they had for picking people up in the airport because it was the only available car for us 7 people and a baby. They gave us a WET AND DIRTY CAR SEAT THAT WAS TO BIG for the baby.
When they wanted to get their van back after 2 days they gave us a car with ONLY 5 seats…..
Today when we were giving back the car we got they wanted to charge us more.
Charge us more for a van we never got, a dirty van and car, a dirty car seat for the baby and a car with only 5 seats.
Never have I ever gotten so bad service. And worst off all the owner was yelling at us and telling us we were in the wrong.

Nous avions réservé du Canada et avions souscrit toutes les protections offertes dont la PLI, une assurance responsabilité civile obligatoire au Mexique. Quand nous avons voulu prendre possession de la voiture, on nous obligeait à prendre la protection supplémentaire de responsabilité civile, SLI, qui est pourtant optionnelle, ainsi que la protection pour collision, LWD que nous avons déjà via notre carte de crédit. Et ce pour la somme supplémentaire de 50 US par jour!!! Devant notre refus d’accepter ce subterfuge qui s’apparente drôlement à une arnaque, nous avons renoncé à louer la voiture. Nous avions déjà payé les frais de la location, mais on nous a bien fait comprendre d’oublier tout espoir de remboursement. Si notre avis peut éviter à quelqu’un d’autre de se faire avoir,..
