It’s a long one but PLEASE read… it’ll be worth it when you choose your organiser.
Danni was our lady and has been nothing less than INCREDIBLE from the very first message. A true professional, prioritising our Bride and offering her profound expertise in a variety of areas- destination, flights, transfers, activities, accommodation- nothing was too much.
I had a specific idea/package in mind when enquiring and Danni helped me navigate the minefield of possibilities with ease and A LOT of patience. She found the best option to accommodate a multitude of ages and ‘personalities’ (17 hens with a VERY long list of requirements- no easy feat!) at the BEST price. Offering clear, concise info that included a breakdown at each step made it incredibly easy to understand and make choices. Literally NOTHING was too much for Danni - she’s STILL answering random questions - and no matter what issue I threw at her, she had a solution. I could go on and on- this lady was amazing! Just book your trip with her!!!
I would like to add that during the process I suffered a multiple family bereavement and Danni was very supportive and compassionate throughout. Never pushy or intrusive- she actually checked in with me just to make sure I was ok.
If I was to ever organise another girls holiday, Danni would be my ‘go-to’

Reached out to arrange a spa weekend in the UK for my friends birthday. Did not have a clue were to start. Lady called Danni said tell me what you want and I look into it for you. Well she did not fail . Ive got the best deal ever and in a really lovely hotel. Danni sorted everything out for me and all I had to do was pay. Danni is a credit to infinity weekends and you now have a loyal customer thanks to her . The experience was easy and no hassle . Every question was answered expertly, quickly and with so much detail. Thank you Danni and thank you infinity weekends. I will be back !

Me and my group found Leanne extremely helpful and we had the best time for my friends hen do! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! We was made to feel welcomed like we never had before due to bad experiences! Leanne let us know what sort of experiences there was for us for us to do! She was very helpful. You’re lucky to have her.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Booking was so easy, loved that we could split the cost among the group. Dani, Maria and Jess were fantastic and so responsive. All of our activities were fantastic, such high quality including a really lovely hotel. The private boat trip was luxurious and a definite highlight. For the quality and cost it felt like great value. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently been to Benidorm for a hen weekend and we cannot thank Sonny enough, he made himself available at all hours to help us out and pointed us in the best directions tailoring our trip perfect for our group. It was all made so easy and we have felt so safe and looked after, will definitely be returning! Thank you again Sonny for helping us make this the most memorable trip!x

A group of 8 done the Benidorm boat party which was so much fun and one of the highlights of our holiday. The atmosphere on the boat was great, music was fab and everyone was having so much fun. Not too much drink selection to choose from (beer, sangria, vodka, gin, wine) but didn’t expect much on a boat. You got to go for a dip for about 30 mins which was lovely. Only gave it a 4* as the coach to/from Benidorm either didn’t have air con or didn’t work very well.

Just returned back to the UK after celebrating a friends 50th birthday. Infinity Weekends have made our time in Portugal absolutely brilliant 🤩 from butler in the buff to personal dj’s. All the staff have been extremely helpful, polite and professional from start to finish, everything ran smoothly and they endured all of our party enjoyed every minute. I would definitely use this company again and recommend anyone looking for professional entertainment to give them a go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are a group of women primarily in their 40's but ranging from early 20's to 60's and arrived back from our Infinity Weekend trip in Benidorm this morning. 10 of us went for 4 nights and the booking app was great in allowing people to control their payments towards the holiday. Each person got a link that showed their share of the balance so could either pay it off in one lump sum or pay in instalments. The organiser can see everyone to help keep track of the group.
We had a different Benidorm experience to the avg. Group but it was absolutely amazing. Apartments at Oasis are clean and has all the facilities you would expect. As we had 3 apartments and there are only 3 apartments per floor, we were all on the same floor which we loved, being able to have our doors open and going to each other's rooms when getting ready etc . There is no air-conditioning and only one fan per apartment which was the big downside to the break but we managed and found ways around it. As we went Tuesday to Saturday we missed the main weekend crowd save for those arriving on Friday which worked well for our age group. Apartments are in a great location for peaceful chilling, beach, partying on the strip, few beers etc. Can get to the old town in a short walk along the beach front.
We booked magic boys which was very funny and a good show if you like that type of thing and then the super yacht experience which was absolutely the stand out bit of the holiday on the Shazali, we loved it! The captain and his deckhand could not do enough for us, took us to some really beautiful areas, great water toys - it was brilliant and stunning! Well worth the money and a fantastic memory.
Lastly massive thank you to Charlotte, Jessica and Maria who were all involved at different stages in our booking. I don't think I've ever asked as many questions as I did to Jessica who handled everything like an absolute pro with super quick responses - she was fabulousand a real credit to the company. If I was being super nitpicking, some of the specific details weren't always clear in the itinerary such as bus drop off/ collection points for excursions and transfers or location of the show however when asked it was all handled quickly and professionally and certainly didn't cause us any concerns or issues.
Last thing I would add is that this location is clearly for parties, hen and stag do's, whilst quiet through the week, it was rowdy on the Friday and Saturday - if you go remembering this then you will have the best time. We had an amazing time, all made easier with Infinity Weekends, would definitely recommend and use again!

We had a booking for a private catamaran cruise in August. We paid deposit months ago and today the final balance was due. Over £1200! And then of course today they have told us they are double booked and it’s been impossible to get a hold of someone from the company since that email.
Just find it very strange that they’ve received all the money and now there’s a problem?!

EDIT:
This “company” is still withholding £1200 of our money. I spoke to their boat supplier direct and they confirmed Infinity Weekends have not made our booking.
The very cheeky and rude Jessica has told us this morning, if we cancel they will keep our money. How can they possible keep our money when there is nothing for us to cancel. This is theft!
Apparently there isn't a manager to talk to either. It seems we are dealing with a muppet! Please avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete and utter shambles.

EDIT 2:
After updating my review on here and putting comments on their Facebook posts exposing what them - they finally decided to refund the money. It was clear that my reviews is what made them decide to refund as they mentioned my reviews on the phone. However I shouldn’t have to post bad reviews revealing what this company had done in order to get a refund. The whole situation was handled terribly and Jessica was highly unprofessional and rude.

Thanks for your reply Infinity Weekends - really disappointed to see that you are now accusing me of lying. I wish I had the time on my hands to make up such a lie but unfortunately this is the truth. Jessica advised me over the phone on Saturday that we wouldn’t receive a refund unless you were cancelling. When I asked for a refund on Saturday morning, she clearly advised me that that would be considered as a cancellation on our part and therefore we would not receive a refund! Are your calls not recorded?

Maria was amazing with helping with the planning of everything. Excellent communication throughout and prompt replies. Very easy and affordable experience.
There was a great range of activities to choose from to help plan the trip and had the best of time in Ibiza!

My experience with everyone involved was absolutely amazing, everything was so smooth, everyone we met during our activities was nothing short of incredible! We were so impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication to making our hen weekend such a great one! Highly highly recommend :) Thankyou once again!!

I have been dealing with Maria and Jessica at infinity weekends and both have been very helpful. Very fast to respond and happy to help when required. Whole booking has been very easy.
