I recently had a problem with a plant and so contacted Jackson Nurseries, The staff were incredibly helpful and I was given a beautiful replacement which was so unexpected.
Do not hesitate to buy from them as that kind of customer care is rare.

The rose that’s arrived looks so shiny and in good health, as do the other plants (even the one that was listed as in need of TLC on the site)
I thought I’ve just gotten used to such terrible customer service from so many companies, I start to hesitate ordering online expecting the same negative experience if something goes wrong but Jackson Nurseries have been so kind and understanding when I contacted them with the delivery issue and they fixed it without prompting straight away. Jacksons Nurseries has oustanding customer service and provides good quality plants. I had two large orders and was unlucky enough to have two roses out of nineteen not take despite the fact that the plants provided were good and healthy. They replaced these by return without hestitation once they had seen the photographs I sent in. Such trust in a customer and service is exceptional and I would rate them higher than all the other online plant providers I have used in the past. I will only use Jacksons in future. One plant l received was dry leaws . I received new plant today in good condition. Thank you very much for that. Now lm happy .

I paid for next day delivery and the plants were despatched to me on 9th of April. 10th they were out for delivery but never arrived. Noone was in the office to ask about this at Jacksons until Monday. I emailed and got a sorry it was the Bank holiday response, except it wasn't. They were sent the Thursday after the bank holiday weekend and I paid £9.99 for next day delivery, not for them to arrive 4 days later after rolling around in the back of a van after failing to deliver. They get 3 stars cos by some miracle the plants are not dead. Never again tho.

I bought 2 potted acers. One was right for the price point the other one was rather small for the same price. I didn’t think the second one was the right value for money.
The issue was rectified and resolved with a refund.

I live hundreds of miles away from the nursey, and they were one of the few suppliers who had the specific plants I wanted. Ordering was easy(order number 154662) and communication good. The very decent sized and very healthy plants arrived when I was told they would. They were extremely well packed (took me ages to get the plants out of the packing box!). Very very happy with my purchase and wish I could have awarded more than 5*. I've already ordered some more plants from them.

Carol, Sharon and the team provided excellent service and the most beautiful bamboo plants arrived today.
Despite being over run with orders over Easter and the couriers not delivering on time, the staff at Jacksons were cheerful, patient professional and rearranged the order for me.
The plants are healthy, strong and packed carefully to protect them in transit.
I would definitely recommend Jacksons Nurseries and I will be using them again.

Another purchase of plants from Jacksons Nurseries arrived today. Very good quality plants, well packed and a very good delivery service. A great find for plants for my garden which is slowly coming together with replanted borders for year round interest.

I was very pleased to source a Mahonia Aquifolium from Jacksons. This particular variety seems to be quite rare to purchase. The plant arrived as estimated and very well packaged so received in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again, well done!

What a revelation Jackson's nurseries is! We had a frustrating car journey there, so went straight to the café for a coffee and scone. Truly DELICIOUS; the freshly-made scones were still warm from the oven and (I'd say) the best I'd ever tasted. 10/10 to Tim, the café/restaurant manager for both his friendly staff and the lovely food.
Then to the actual garden centre. Even though it was February (2026, I was able to source the hardy Phlox paniculata plants I was looking for and also the 10 x bags of compost (Jacksons still sell the wonderful peat-based mixtures which plants LOVE) I needed.
Brilliant staff, superb plants and an unrivalled selection. No wonder the café/restaurant opens 7 days a week from 08.30!

Jackson's after sales service was second to none. Luke Jackson and his team certainly went the "extra mile" We shall definitely be using them again and highly recommend Jackson Nurseries
