Great on communication. Kept updated throughout. Tree was very carefully packed so that it arrived in excellent condition. Tree was a beautiful specimen - far better than anything I found locally. So glad that I decided to go through Jacksons Nurseries

We booked a festive afternoon tea at Jacksons tearoom at Bagnall as a pre Christmas treat and we were not disappointed .The sandwiches ,nibbles and cakes all had a festive touch,everything was made from wholesome quality ingredients , a refillable pot of tea or coffee is served with the food along with a Christmas cracker which was a nice touch .
We visit Jacksons tea room regularly and always find the food of good quality ,home cooked and portions are plentiful .All the staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble even when they are very busy .

Ordered plants on line for first time ever. Ordered Thursday e mail confirmations from supplier plants being dug up and going to packaging Department same day, email from DPD saying package anticipated, then furher e mails with final one Saturday early saying package will be delivered that day between 13.55 and 14.55. Package received 14.45 contents look great. Very impressed

Continually impressed with Jacksons Nurseries. I now order all my plants from here. Good quality, healthy plants and a well priced for the size. Beautiful heathers as well.

Packed well and delivery timeframes are spot on. Helpful customer service when I've needed to speak to someone on the phone as well. Highly recommend.

Having been messed about by another supplier I contacted Jackson Nurseries told the plants I could have placed order and with in two day I received my order even more pleased with the size of the plants . Highly Recommend Jacksons Nurseries

To be honest we've always avoided Jacksons Nurseries due to their high delivery charge, but they were one of the few nurseries who had the tree we wanted.
Their service was excellent, from ordering to delivery and the tree was despatched a couple of days after ordering. It was sent with an overnight courier who emailed to inform us of the delivery window.
The tree itself was a very strong, healthy specimen, exactly as advertised and extremely well packed. Even packaging around the stem to protect it and the branches tied to hold them in place during transit.
Despite the high delivery charge compared to several other nurseries we would be very happy to buy from Jacksons again as we couldn't fault the service, and the quality of the plant couldn't have been better.

Always excellent prices from Jacksons. Just received my order for two climbers, lovely healthy plants and far bigger than most other nurseries could offer for the money. Well packaged and received regular updates from the courier. Recommended to all my friends

With a small garden in London and no car, we are dependent on deliveries for plants. Even though Jacksons is so far away, our plants were delivered in days. The prices of stock are far lower than other local nurseries, but the plants were exceptionally large and healthy! The delivery was excellent too with full tracking, great packaging and helpful drivers. I will only be shopping at Jacksons from now on, and would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a skeeters broom acer for my wife's birthday, and it arrived today in good condition and well packaged. She is highly delighted with it and its another one to add to her collection. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacksons nurseries for excellent service

Very impressed by standard of this cherry-blossom tree. As a lifelong gardener, this is really strong stock with carefully pruned branches. It promises to look beautiful in the Spring.

Ordered plants Wednesday afternoon,delivered Friday afternoon . unbelievable fast delivery 🚚, plants were extremely well packaged, they were larger than expected,4 were coming into flower and 2 had been trimmed but as Liriope muscari flower later in the year I'm expecting those to start flowering shortly. I'd also like to thank Jamie from DHL who delivered my plants, who very kindly after i opened the front door,asked me if i needed help with the box and he very kindly took it into my garden for me. So thankyou Jacksons Nursery for easy ordering and excellent plants.and a great courier service....

Everything great. Plant larger than expected, looked very healthy. Packaging perfect. Extremely pleased. Shame I cant award 6 stars.

Bought several conifers from Jacksons because their website gave a lot of very useful information (eg mature height and spread, growth rate etc) and a little plant biography which often included colour and shape etc.
Delivery was within the estimated 3-5 days. The plants were all good sized, well grown, very healthy specimens. One of the plants, in a 7-10 litre pot, was a beautiful little tree approximately 50cm tall. Good value for money
Was particularly impressed with the superb packaging! Clearly, much care and effort had gone into packing. As a result, all the plants were in pristine condition! Delighted with the order!

I received three ferns today, as a present. They were really well packaged, beautiful plants. It was a surprise to receive them but a real pleasure, all the more so because of the impressive condition and packaging.
I would certainly consider Jacksons for future online purchases.

We recently visited Jacksons for the first time after initially speaking to a staff member by phone while trying to locate an old favourite rose.The lady was really helpful and confirmed stock and kindly said she would reserve so we could detour and collect on our journey south. Such a lovely place! The staff were really friendly, knowledgable and couldn't have been more helpful. Nice cafe also. We will certainly visit again when we can.

I ordered two plants. Things that went well:
+ Delivery time reflected what was listed on website (altho there was no message to tell me my order was dispatched, luckily I was home)
+ 1 plant met my expectations (and was much more expensive than the 2nd one)
+ Which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1

That's it. That's the only good. Now for the not so good. I believe that reasonable customer needs and satisfaction should be met by companies. I don't think customers are always right, but customer satisfaction should be the priority. That's not the case with Jackson Nurseries. the 2nd plant had many dry leaves, broken new leaves, dry soil and it continued to lose leaves the next day. I took pictures and got a response basically saying 'it's fine, it's the end of summer and it will come back in the spring". Huh? Should I have to wait until next spring to get a decent plant. They didn't really seem to try to help me feel better about getting what looks like a damaged plant.

When I asked to return it because I was unhappy with the quality and not because I changed my mind, they explained again why this plant was 'healthy' and then reminded me about the return charge so if I did want to return the plant, I would need to pay THEM £3 and get no money back. What? They also reminded me that there is a 12 month guarantee. But to me it's not about the money, it's about customer satisfaction. They could have even offered another plant (they said all the other ones they had were in the same state is mine) but no, they rather focus on policy.

I understand policies but shouldn't customer satisfaction (within reason) be a priority. I guess they think I'm unreasonable. The other plant I kept and liked was £59, this damaged plant was £9.99. I am just getting started creating a new garden and am pretty loyal to good companies but I don't think Jackson Nurseries cares about losing business. They must be so successful that they can afford to lose a customer because I won't be buying from them again. I know they're a small business but I have made purchases from other small family businesses and the quality is good but more importantly, they care if customers are satisfied. Buyer beware. If everything goes well, then great but if it doesn't, don't assume that because you're the customer, you matter.

I bought three conifer plants from Jacksons Nurseries yesterday. Two were collected in perfect condition and exceptional quality and size. The third one had to be re-ordered and Vlad vas very supportive and helped to arrange a delivery which I received this morning.
Very, very happy with the product and exceptional service. Thank you Vlad!
