Bout 2 canvas both came not what I was expecting at all also waiting for an item they said they shipped separately it never came they don’t answer any of my emails stay away from this company and if u want a refund good luck they won’t even respond back to you

Ordered a picture, paid the money,still waiting contacted them to pay money back but they keep saying it was delivered!!
I got a case number from Royal Mail to say they haven’t delivered the picture up to them to claim it back from Royal Mail
Still not got my money back

Received my Tom Brady poster, not canvas today in the mail. Nothing but a piece of junk. A completely bad print of Tom Brady. This is nothing like it was shown in photos or describe. I will get a refund on PayPal, do not buy from this company that is in China. They fail to disclose that part..

Insta purchase. The product is not as advertised. I should have checked reviews before buying. Rip-off/scam.

Do not purchase anything from kanvaskingdom You won't receive the item. The seller block me from instagram.

Misleading company. Their advertising gives you the impression their posters are much larger and better quality than they actually are. I would not purchase anything from them if I was you.

We received the tube 1 week after the order. It is a nice quality printing, exactly what I ordered. It is not hand made, but printed by a huge printer, good quality. It is not a canvas it is just the cloth, that I'll clip on a canvas by myself. Great packing, the cloth has no damage, coming from China. For the price it is exactly what I was expecting. Thank you. So I ordered an another one.

Order arrived not as expected. Wouldn’t refund me and instagram account blocked me? Totally a waste of money and wouldn’t suggest trying this place

I feel I was cheated

So I saw an add on Facebook one day for Kanvaskingdom and before I did any research I went ahead and ordered two pieces of art. Once I received the tracking number (maybe a week after my order) I realized it was being shipped from China and I automatically thought “SCAM.” I researched the reviews and it made me even less confident in my purchase because they have nothing but bad reviews. My order took about 3 weeks to arrive and to my surprise it was exactly what I ordered. I did assume that they would come framed which they didn’t but aside from that I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. The one thing I wish I did know before hand was that it was being shipped from China because I hate waiting more than 2 weeks for anything I order but my experience was not bad at all.

Do not purchase anything from kanvaskingdom website. You won't receive the item. The seller try to hide all the reviews and block me from facebook & instagram. I going to make a police report soon. Beware scammer.

Ordered online from UK, 2 prints, 1 was not what I expected as it was advertised as a 2 piece and came as 1 and another large Piece which looked great online, was still drying when opened, could smell the paint or whatever they use, took it to a professional Gallery to get stretched, when they opened it and it had dried more it was covered in Blemishes and marks that look like they are from a printing press. I had photo's and witnesses, sent 3 emails before I got response and eventually all I got from them was a defensive posture, excuses and blame at every turn. Even with all my evidence of an inferior product, no help whatsoever. I now sit with 2 canvas that I can't use and wasted money on. If they were in country and I could reach them , I have a good mind to head over and teach them how to be polite and how the retail industry, value and good customer service actually works.

Bunch of incompetent thieves!! 2 orders in jan (now may) and have given me the continual run around! Nothing delivered and they agreed to refund last month but only sent part refund!! Have now disputed with PayPal and suggest you do also!!

Looks like a photo of the actual art. You can see they took a file and tried to print it a higher resolution . Received a Michael Jordan piece that looked sharp online, but when i received it, i was very dissappointed. when i contacted them I found out they were outside the US and they wanted me to pay to return it.

Terrible customer service, product appears way too different in real life than in their product photos and they refused to come to a solution despite the product being evidently different than what was shown in product photos.

Good quality print, but it's from China and it takes over 1 month to get it to Europa. They should add where they send the package from. So u lost 1 star.

Gik egentlig ud fra, at shoppen lå i USA så jeg gav det en chance. Jeg modtog faktisk allerede pakken på under 14 dage og da jeg så at det var en pakke fra Kina blev jeg meget skeptisk. Men i forhold til prisen er jeg faktisk ret overrasket, kvaliteten virker. glad i det hele taget bare at have modtaget pakken
