I completed the CSS program earlier this year and really loved the support I was given by my nutritionists. They were so kind and helpful! My favourite part was the HTMA testing and the daily DM text support with my nutritionist. Without this I would have been so lost on what to do. This really gave me answers and connected so many dots for me. I travel a lot and was nervous about starting a journey like this but they really made it easy and doable! This journey was more than stopping breakouts for me. I came out feeling so much better then before and really understanding my body. My pms is totally gone along side the heavy and painful periods. And of course…. Acne is gone!!

Pros - I liked their HTMA package a lot. The comprehensive testing feature and on time decision process is really good.
Cons - but after the conversation with the nutritionist, because she only takes 45 minutes of her time and goes through the entire checklist of what you need to at 10x speed, you don’t really get to ask a lot of questions at that time. The fact that the nutritionist after six days ends the chat is a little weird and because we don’t real realize that the chats would be deleted and we’ll lose all our responses for questions. The process definitely needs to be streamlined and needs to be a lot more clearer.

Loved the care with which I was treated. Everyone on the KSW Team was so helpful, relatable and knowledgeable. My one on one with Chris was so informative. I’m so grateful for this experience.

Very happy that KSW now offers an HTMA without joining the full CSS program. Was very happy with how easy it was to do. Directions were very clear. The one-on-one consult was very informative of what was going on with my health. My HTMA results showed a lot going on so it was very overwhelming. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, it would have been nice to have the recorded zoom session loaded to my Practice better account so that I could re-listen and be able to comprehend all the info better. I’m the type that needs to Re-listen to process the info better. Overall very happy!

I just finished in the clear skin solution and it was the best investment I could’ve made. My acne is fully cleared and even sorted out my bowel issues. My only regret is not joining sooner.
I found the program and had a call with an acne advisor in 2022 but ended up going with a naturopathic doctor in my town because I was worried about the investment of the program. I ended up spending around $5,000 with the naturopath, but I didn’t see any changes. And i feel my skin got worse over this time, plus i developed mild rosacea. 7 months ago, I joined the css and put it all on a personal line of credit because i just couldn't manage it anymore. I was crying every morning when I looked in the mirror. It was truly the best decision I’ve ever made—I only wish I’d done it sooner. The team was absolutely incredible. Jenna, Cris, Katie, Paige, Ashley!!!! I can’t thank you enough. I’ve got my life back!

I spent 6 months working with the KSW program. I was beyond thrilled with my results. Callie was extremely helpful and very thorough answering any questions I had while providing support and encouragement. I highly recommend anyone who is struggling with acne concerns to join the program. It was definitely the best decision I have made for myself after struggling with acne for 2.5 years. Now I am acne-free and my overall well-being has improved so much.

The clear skin solution was above and beyond my expectations. I was really skeptical going in, as I eat really healthy already and had worked with a dermatologist for years with no success. Katie and her team were so incredible. They really know their 💩. And most importantly my skin has never looked better!!! I am forever grateful.

This review is way overdue. But WOW, what an incredible program. It was definitely VERY difficult, but so rewarding. I have never felt like someone understood my issues like the KSW team did. Anytime I was facing any issue or ailment, I would message Liana and she would always have the perfect answers. I completed the program about a year ago and still love sharing details about it to this day. I'm so glad that I did it.

I recently completed the Clear Skin Solution, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, the level of support I received was exactly what I had wanted. My coach, Callie, was fantastic - she was super responsive to my questions. Her guidance and encouragement made all the difference.

I've seen significant improvements in my skin, but I also feel better in so many other ways. I've lost weight, and my energy levels are bouncing off the walls. My friends and family have been noticing the changes and keep asking me what I've done.

Loved the program. I felt it was well organized and full of TONS of great information. Tailored to each person’s individual needs. Very supportive - positive and encouraging. Life changing ♥️ some of the best money I’ve ever spent.

I would only have a few suggestions to enhance the program:

I think it would be nice to be able to stay in the Facebook group chat or whatever chat platform you are using now. This is a lifelong jouney and having that support group - even being able to help others - as new products, etc pop up would be great.

Also I think one meet up 6 months after graduation included in the package would be nice - just to follow up and see how things are going following the completion of the program.

I strongly recommend Katie’s program!
Chris saved my skin -I’m 34 and came into the program with completely stripped and irritated skin. I used accutane and was on the pill forever. Fast forward 6 months and my skin has gotten so much better! I’m no longer in the program but my skin and confidence is the best it’s ever been! I can’t thank the Clear Skin Solution enough! Not only is my skin better but I’m sleeping better and have lost some weight.
I just have acne scars left that I’m getting mirconeedling for.

I've never written a review for a practitioner before because I've disappointed by them all, but that didn't happen with Katie. I had struggled with my skin for so long and had lost hope that anyone could help me. Katie and her team took a different approach than the creams and pills my doctors had been giving me and found the real cause was yeast in my gut. My breakouts AND chronic yeast infections have both gone away which was unexpected and wonderful. I get compliments every day on my skin and I always tell them about Katie.

Katie and her team are truly amazing! They are so knowledgeable and offer life changing guidance! Can't recommend them enough!
