Lesley Frame was my financial advisor. From the outset she telephone me at the exact time she said she would on my appointment day. She explained the ins and outs of the equity release process in simple terms that I could understand. She made my experience super comfortable and set me at ease, Lesley is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise explaining the process of equity release and gave me invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. At times it was a little daunting, but with her help, guidance and support I was very happy with the outcome.

Lesley was very friendly, and highly skilled in her field of work and I would thoroughly recommended her.

Joseph Withers was extremely competent and made sure we were happy with the whole package.My wife has a eye problem which means she has trouble reading but Mr Withers made certain she followed everything.
