Great help from Maddie as always, she has provided great exercises, information and guidance through the issue I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had an appointment with chloe, my neck was in so much pain I couldn't even turn it .I had a 45 minute consultation with chloe ,once she stared treatment on my neck I felt much better thank you so much Chloe and thank you Sunil for making a same day appointment for me .I would recommend kinetic physio as they are brilliant

I moved to Kempston in the Sumner of 2023 and I used to get sports massages fairly regularly.

After doing a bit of research online I found Kinetic and my experience was really good with Maddie, the therapist I booked with. We chatted all the way through treatment and I definitely felt better afterwards.

It was my first time getting a Sports Massage and Chloe the person who I booked in with was really welcoming and understanding of me. As I attend the gym regularly she understood what muscles groups to work on and she was overall really nice and chatty

Maddie instantly identified the root cause of my shoulder injury and was incredibly insightful during our initial session. The simple isometric exercises she prescribed are already helping to rehab my shoulder, giving me fuller range of motion and easing what was uncomfortable pain.
