I've been buying gear from most of the big stores in the UK and for me hands down KMR is the best. It's gone above and beyond so many times: 1) demoing different speakers in store with no obligation to purchase 2) delivering on days they said they would with good tracking 3) temporary loans of store gear when items are out of stock 4) speedy and reliable returns when required 5) excellent and quick over the phone advice when something has gone wrong during the warranty period. The last point is really important to me - when you spend a bit on equipment and occasionally something happens down the line you want to feel supported. Recently I got a synth and after 8 months it started playing up. KMR got in all replacement parts and gave me a choice of fitting it myself with over the phone guidance or sending it in for them to implement at no cost. Just brilliant. Shout out to Li on Sales who is a joy to chat with and is constantly coming up with excellently priced solutions to studio problems I present, and Tom in Tech Support who chatted for 50 mins with me through fitting a motherboard replacement and was both knowledgeable, hilarious, and made the whole thing pain free. Every time I shop elsewhere I regret it.

What a great audio shop. I honestly don't know where to start. I made an order for some studio headphones. First parcel got lost. But KMR quickly reshipped another one and helped me throughout the whole process of declaring the original parcel as lost and reshipping another one in a very quick time window.

Outstanding service! Best price for shipping (free over £100 regardless of me being in Northern Ireland, being a remote area of the UK).

Their website had the headphones as available ready for dispatch. I payed and then called them to ask how long until i recieve my item. And i was told by Tom that it's out of stock, to the point that there isnt a pair anywhere in the UK for them to purchase. I was then told that they'll need to order a pair from the manufacturer in France. And by the end of the day, i'll recieve a call to confirm when it'll be coming. By the end of the day, crickets. No call nor email. I called them and asked what's going on with my order. The fact that they were not taking a three and a half thousand pound order seriously, tells you the mentality of these people. So i was told by Stefthan, that i'll recieve an email in 5 or 10 minutes to confirm the stock situation because he's going to call the manager. I recieved the email about 2 hours late telling me that by tomorrow he'll know for sure what's happening. I called them again the next day because i hadn't recieved any email nor call. I was told that they've ordered me a pair from the manufacturers and that they should have it in 2 to 3 days. And once they've recieved it. They'll send it to me. I wasn't convinced. 2 hours later i recieved an email telling me the order has been cancelled. Because of the lack of stock. I called them and confronted the liers. Never again am i ordering from these people. False stock. Bad customer service.
