My experience with LiveMore Mortgages was mainly through my broker, and they maintained me well informed throughout. However, I feel that LiveMore Mortgages is let down significantly by their law firm Enact, who made it extremely difficult for any conveyancer or even LiveMore's own staff to contact them (no phone number just an email and wait up to 48 hours for a response). Their requests around due diligence were excessive and this caused so much frustration - to the point of panic - that really should have been avoided.
I was fortunate that Lee Miller from LiveMore Mortgages went above and beyond to open the channels of communication with Enact, and thanks to his pure tenacity, he managed to save my house purchase. This would have been a 5-star review had it not been for the issues with Enact.

I had occasion to apply to LiveMore for my mortgage from start to finish Mark Finlan and Lee could have been more help. Being 75 and on mu own I found the whole process daunting but I need not of worried Mark & Lee were always there to guide and answer question . At one stage I made an error with the paperwork and it could have cost me money. I called their office, they didn’t make me feel foolish but stepped in sorted it. So thank you LiveMore would thoroughly recommend.

Don't bother trying to pay extra of your mortgage they seem to try every trick in the book not to credit it to your mortgage account. They hold on to it, in their holding account and come up with a never ending list as too why it is not being credited to your mortgage account and reducing the interest payments. Also, e mail communications turn around is around two weeks ?

Arranged our Equity release through Equity Release and Mortgage Partnership Ltd, the process and service has been excellent. We had a less than perfect credit history due to certain events.

This was no problem with LiveMore and I would certainly recommend their services.

From the beginning when I was researching into the possibility of equity release, I found Live More to be extremely helpful, with excellent customer service. They inspired confidence in their product and explained in great detail and clarity the steps which needed to be taken and the choices I had.

Amazing service. I was supported all the way through by Patrick and Lee, because of my anxiety I had to have things explained many times, I never once felt rushed or sensed impatience from them.

Moving from country to town we needed a financial re-adjustment. The traditional lenders discriminate against age. From the first phone call Patrick was friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
At no time did we feel any "salesmanship" pressure which was important for us.

The team at LiveMore provided my wife and I with a totally bespoke and complete service to enable our dream of moving house to be closer to our grandchildren into a reality. Mark and Lee guided us through the respective processes and responded promptly to our queries giving reassurance when official delays caused concern. Other mortgage providers have in the past responded with ageist dismissal but Mark and the LiveMore team were there for us throughout.

We found our advisor, Umar Khan, and Lee Miller, our administrator, to be very helpful. The process was smooth and very efficient. We would certainly recommend the company to older people looking for a different type of mortgage.

What a fantastic company. Mark Finan spent the time we needed on the phone, fully explaining everything in the process with no pressure. We had the documentation all at the right time and a great administrator whilst the purchase was going through, Lee, who ensured we were kept up to date as were all parties. LiveMore were easy t deal with and for a couple aged 60 ad 70, we felt supported and encouraged.
