Over recent years I have become more satisfied with the service provided by Lloyds Wealth to private clients, especially after the input from Schroders Wealth became a key feature. This expanded advice capabilities and included forms of both savings and pension fund issues. Advice on the latter has become even more essential given turbulent changes in government regulation.

Having someone to talk to and face to face is important. I am much more confident and knowledgeable through the engagement and has learned more than I anticipated. Advice matches my needs and minimises the risk I’m prepared to take. Overall good, reliable service.

There was one question where I had to give my opinion about an issue that said I could skip if I hadn't had an issue. I hit the arrow and went back to the start of the section. Eventually I realised I had to just move on to the next section.
