I have dealt with Chelsea Decor for over 10 years, supplying window dressings for our last 2 new homes. To say we have been absolutely thrilled with everything from sheers, to shutters, to outdoor blinds, it has all been amazing. The service we have had can not be faulted, and nothing was too much trouble for Travers when making suggestions. The selection of products is phenomenal, and I would never deal with anyone else. I started with the blinds, maybe 10 years ago, and now have rugs and an awning from hft as well. The Luxaflex blinds fit absolutely perfectly and still look as good as the day they were installed. I love the look of the awning and the rugs feel superb underfoot. I've kept going back to hft because they deliver the quality and the service I'm looking for. Lovely people who know their stuff!

We contacted Luxaflex about replacing some worn shade cloth awnings which they had installed some 12 years previously. They were onsite carrying out a measure up within days of our initial call and the blinds were installed 4 weeks later. Excellent service, polite installers and prompt responses to all our questions. Would have no issues in recommending them.

I had an aging pivot-arm awning that had a discoloured canvas fabric and faded headbox. I also wanted to put a matching one on my north window as it was exposed to direct sun and glare in summer.

I was originally considering just replacing the fabric on the existing one but Lucy convinced me to get the entire unit replaced (was only a little more and full warranty). I certainly don't regret going with the two entirely new awnings with sunscreen fabric instead of canvas (won't fade and discolour rapidly like the old one did).

Lucy also helped find a way to retain the internal operation by replacing the old pull tape with a new hand-winch tape system which is much easier to operate and safer - no choking risk for my cat or children.

The awnings were ready sooner than the original estimate of 4-6 weeks which was fantastic.

Michael led the install on the day and completed the installation to a really high standard. He was able to make sure they were all mounted level and the pivot arm operation was seamless. The internal winch proved a little difficult on one window due to the brick veneer but he managed to make it work and the finished aesthetics and functionality was as promised.

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I have received and the quality of the awnings that are now installed. I wholeheartedly recommend Lucy, Michael and the entire team at Coastalview Blinds & Awnings. They can sort you the best solution for your home and will make sure you're happy with the final result.

Our order was close to $20,000.
We require a Warranty repair for one of the blinds. Dealer is dismissive and unhelpful unless we pay upfront for contractor to attend. $160.00 spent for contractor to attend and confirm fault.
Now they've invoiced us $715 upfront for their contractor to come and replace their faulty product. So much for 'Warranty'.
We tried to reach out to Luxaflex direct through their website . Received auto response thanking us for our enquiry and advising that our local Luxaflex dealer would be in touch shortly. Nada, crickets!! - 2 weeks and still waiting.
Disappointing considering we went with the brand thinking that they'd back up their product if there was a fault.

I’ve used Rundle blinds 3 times now, and each time I have had excellent service, helpful advice and super decorating advice.

I have dealt with Luxaflex many times over the decades & always found the blinds to be the very best quality.
I recently had an external drop awning installed which required some adjustment to the electrical fitting. Mark came & fixed the problem in no time at all. I would recommend this firm for both interior & exterior fittings.

The entire process from the quote to installation of the Luxaflex shade was seamless and stress free. The shade has been a great addition to the amenity of our home and we couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of the process.

I was looking for an easy to clean, long lasting blind for my new bathroom but it also had to be functional and look beautiful too.

When I ordered my shutters I paid a significant deposit and was told my order would take six weeks to arrive. Nine weeks later I am still waiting. I have called multiple times and each time I am assured they will shortly provide me with an update. At no stage however have I received any update. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of timeliness and the absence of communication.
