From top quality supps to A* customer service, when I had an issue with my order I need to contact customer service, Joe couldn't have been more helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Locked into three month commitment, and can't log in!

Excellent customer service. A product arrived damaged (through no fault of Marchon), and a replacement item was shipped out immediately. The communication was great throughout.

Ive been with Marchon for a few months now, I started off with the 8 week shred and the results were amazing. The training was led by Justin, which i really enjoyed therefore I was always kept motivated. Nutrition led by Liam, and its safe to say Liam knows his stuff!
The weekly calls we had with these guys were extremely informative. I learnt a lot in these 8 weeks and enjoyed every minute of this program. It was worth every penny.
Due to this i have now locked myself in for 12 months with Marchon - currently on the women's program and enjoying this!

Shoutout to Joe in CS to, anytime ive emailed and needed help with someone hes sorted it right away!

I highly recommend Marchon and their supplements for anyone wondering if its worth it!

Absolute joke. Cancelled before the free trial ended and still charged. Emailed no response, contacted on social media … no response about scam

I used the program to give me some structure through a rehab phase, The program was clear and delivered what I wanted.

No facility to cancel the subscription either online or with the app. I emailed them to cancel, but they didn't respond and still took the money out. In the end, I had to cancel the subscription with my bank. Avoid!

Signed up for a free trial and was insulted by staff when I wanted to end the subscription, as communication around the free period wasnt clear. I think the app is good but is overpriced, like most of the products, for what they are. Especially the running plan. You can get a good plan for free. This company wants to charge hundreds.

In terms of training, I really enjoyed the app

But after recently getting injured playing rugby I asked for a pause in my subscription until I was back to full fitness, safe to say I feel it was just batted away and now I’m stuck paying for something I can’t actually use, whilst also being willing to continue with my subscription once back to full fitness

This must be Scam! I signed up, was charged despite it being a "free trial" and recieved no log in or confirmation email! When I try to sign in my email isn't recognised??? And they have the cheek to send me marketing spam offering a free trial which I've already signed up for!

No one is responding to my emails or calls?

It's looking more and more likely that I'll have to use my banks charge back facilities to recover my money.

It's embarrassing that your selling consistent High level performance yet your sales process is completely broken!? Huge red flag for me I'm afraid.

I signed up for a free trial but still needed to enter my bank details. I did this and realised quickly that the program wouldn't suit me especially in the gym I train at. Its not as easy as suggested to cancel and if you fail to do so they automatically take a payment immediately after the trial ends. I repeatedly requested help in cancelling and received evasive messages referring me to a help page that didn't direct me to cancelling. In the end I asked the guy on the chat function if there was a reason why he was refusing to help me. I think its due to hoping I couldnt cancel and they could take a payment. Very frustrating and I still dont know if Ive cancelled or not
