Do not buy as customs will seize your order. Apparently according to the US regulations this product is not safe. US Customs has seized my order and minimeis is not refunding my money. It has been two weeks.

Absolute agony on neck and shoulders after 30 mins of use. Even had several watches of the video to check fit and sought external advice but it’s just a poor design

Carrier is horribly painful, actually torturous even on a short walk. Clearly their reviews on their website are not representative as the trust pilot reviews are far more accurate. It is impossible to get in touch with their team and I have not been able to arrange a return. The customer service and product is appalling and I’m extremely disappointed, expected far better. Still unresolved and have an expensive, terrible carrier that I can’t use or return. Appalling.

This carrier is horrible. It did not work for me and I have spent 2 months trying to return this product with no response from their team. I have tried on their website multiple times which is not running. I question the validity of this product and it's team. I feel horribly taken advantage of.

I love mine, i have back problems.
But it helped me much and I dont gett pain.

Tips: for us with boobis, I feel its gett push more up in the front because of mye boobs.
Please gett something to gett more support.

The kid loves it. But it is very hard on my shoulders. The padding is not very good and the straps are way to close together. A design error in my opinion.

Their support team did their best to make sure that i used it correctly, and i did.

Terrible company. Promise prompt delivery doesn't happen. Get a delivery date...2 days later it has not arrived. No response from MiniMeis to emails reqesting update. Seem to spend all their effort creating an image rather than meeting customer needs

Great product and fast shipping. A bit uncomfortable on shoulders but I still enjoy carrying my girl.

Unfortunately, the carrier was not suitable for us. The return process was a nightmare. You have to pay 10% of the original price for the return delivery. I had to pay €26! The return address was not, as the original destination, within the EU. No, I had to ship my return package to Hong Kong! Therefore, I had to fill and print a lot of paperwork. You think you’re done, when you have sent your package overseas? Of course not. Why should there be any kind of automation? If you want your refund, you have to write again to customer service including your order number and waybill number.

The most painful return process I’ve ever seen. Do not place orders!

The carrier was not suitable for us, the return process was a bit difficult - but, the customer service is amazing. So I highly recommend the company.

Ordered the child shoulder carrier as a gift. It came very quickly. They responded quickly to emails with questions. My family are very happy with the product. It is easy to use and comfortable for the parent and the child. It folds to an easy carrying size With a shoulder strap when not in use. It is well made. Definitely recommend it.

Min ordre blev hurtigt udført og relativt hurtigt modtog jeg min minimeis.
Desværre passede den ikke til min kæreste og vi ville returnere minimeisen. Dette skulle vise sig at være yderst besværligt!
En del af Returproceduren Hos minimeis er at man skal kontakte firmaet. Det gjorde jeg, men Der blev ikke svaret på Mine e-mails. Endelig Fandt jeg frem til en Messenger profil og her kom svaret hurtigt.
At udskrive returformularerne (4 stk i alt) var besværligt.
Det er nu 2 måneder siden jeg sendte minimeisen retur og jeg har endnu ikke hørt noget eller modtaget mine penge.

Så helt kort. Fint firma at handle med hvis man er sikker på at beholde produktet. Returnering er en by i Rusland for dette ONLINE firma...?!
