Packaging was great, everything was frozen solid, although I wish you would not use styrofoam containers as they are hard to dispose of.
My order was complete, nothing missing, nice change from your competitors.
Now the good stuff! The steak was phenomenal. Juicy, tender and of just the right size. It’s wonderful to taste real steak again. So much better that other companies I have tried,

The package arrived exactly as stated when ordered. Every thing was packaged and fully frozen with the dry ice and styrofoam packaging. I haven't had a chance to try anything yet but every thing looks great.

I have tried a few online steak companies. All of them are better than what you get at the local grocery chain or CostCo. There is Omaha - Very Good. Kansas City - Better. And then Chicago - Simply the Best! The Filet Mignon and the New York Strip were excellent! And, you will not get bombarded with daily emails like Omaha does. Thanks. Chicago folks.

Beautifully packaged, arrived with dry ice and arrived date as was promised. Hamburgers are amazing!! We brought 48 burgers to last us all summer long. I would definitely recommend!!!!

I have shopped at several online meat retailers and Chicago Steak Company is superior in quality, service and speed of delivery. I will not order from anyone else!

Are you a steak lover, or what? This is the real deal. I took the risk following a recent promotion to indulge in a nice steak, and I think Chicago Steak Company changed my life. The concentration of flavor from the dry aging process is hard to describe.

Prepared using the reverse seat method, my tomahawk ribeye was cooked to temp via sous vide then seared on a charcoal grill for flavor. These steaks are the real deal.

One tomahawk steak was plenty for two people… and paired with a 23 year old Napa cab… (*chef’s kiss*).

And briefly on shipping and customer service. Shipping is quick and nicely packaged in a styrofoam box with lots of dry ice to preserve the goods. Sadly, one of my vacuum sealed bags had a hole in it, compromising the quality; within a day of reaching out to Chicago Steak Company, a replacement was on its way. Can’t say enough about the positive experience with the company and product.

The steaks came quickly and well packaged! The taste- OMG! Delicious!! My family can't stop raving about them. I've previously ordered Omaha Steaks and was greatly disappointed. Not this time. Chicago Steaks was worth every penny!

Great protein sampler... Marinated chicken breasts are great, pork chops very lean and juicy, and, of course, the great steaks! Getting good steaks consistantly is the main reason I return to CSC.

I was impressed with the variety and quality of products available from Chicago Steak Company. I received it as a gift and didn't have to pay extra money on top in order to put together a decent order - seems like you have to with any other gourmet delivery service but not Chicago Steak! Boneless ribeyes were thick and tasty. The filets and steak burgers appear to be of similar quality so I'm looking forward to trying them as well. All in all, Chicago Steak Company is both a solid value and makes for an excellent gift.

The steaks were absolutely phenomenal. Each steak remained tender after cooking and the burgers didn't even shrink in size!

I was looking for a special birthday gift for my son’s 30th birthday. He has loved a great steak since he was a toddler. I ordered 2 tomahawk steaks and Chicago threw in some bonus sirloins. Ordering was very easy and the steaks arrived perfectly packaged and on time. My son sent me some pictures and he said it was one of best steaks he had in many many years. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing 1lb Angus Ribeyes (enough for two meals). The bourbon pepper sirloins are amazing..please try them.

The steakburgers I received are delicious! They cook up with no water (like supermarket ground beef) and hardly any fat content. I will purchase these again for sure!

I ordered the Filet Mignon steaks and received the best steaks I have ever tasted. I was also treated to a dozen hamburgers that were superb. Free of charge! Thank you Chicago Steak Company! The seasoning was perfect on both. Looking forward to my next order.
