They are buying tickets from airline websites and selling on their website at higher prices. They are third party vender. I have a trip to UK where I bought domestic flight tickets from them which I regreted afterwards.

MyTrip UK is not an honest company. I called them to book a flight priced at £750, but they were selling it for £1050. While I was deciding, their advisor pressured me to pay an advance. I asked if the amount would be refunded if I changed my mind, and he assured me it would be. Later, I couldn't proceed with
the ticket and decided to cancel before 24 hours. I reminded the advisor that he had said it was refundable, and he responded that he would request the refund from the company.

For four months, I kept calling them,
asking why I hadn’t received my refund. At first, the advisor claimed he had asked the company but that it would take very long time. After two months of hearing nothing, I called again, and each time he gave me a different lame excuse. Finally, he said it was non-refundable. This
shows their advisors are untrained and make false promises to attract customers. Their priority is to trap customers, not to respect them. I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from them.

scammers are still trying to scam people shame on you don't trust on them big gamers.

I recently booked a flight with MyTrip UK for a trip from Luton to Islamabad with my wife and two kids, and the experience was outstanding. I understand businesses have to survive but it shouldn't be on cost of customers.

I am beyond thrilled to share my incredible experience with Mehdi, a travel agent who truly went above and beyond to ensure my children and I had our dream holiday. We hadn't been on vacation for the past five years, and this trip was exceptionally important to us. However, our passports had expired, and we had to wait an entire month for them to arrive. This delay pushed our planning into the peak season, where flight tickets were scarce and all the best hotels, especially family-friendly ones, were fully booked.

Despite these challenges, Mehdi managed to secure not just any hotel, but a luxurious 5-star all-inclusive resort that was part of an aqua park with a plethora of activities for teenagers. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

This process was far from easy. It took days of Mehdi's relentless effort, countless emails, and a level of dedication that truly amazed me. He even came into work on his day off to ensure we didn't miss out on the only available flight tickets. I can’t express how grateful I am for his hard work and commitment.

Throughout the entire process, I changed dates and destinations multiple times, but Mehdi never once showed any frustration. He remained professional, patient, and genuinely eager to help. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work.

I cannot recommend Mehdi highly enough. From now on, he will be the only person I trust with our travel plans. Thank you, Mehdi, for turning our long-awaited holiday into an unforgettable experience. I am forever indebted to your kindness and exceptional. Thank you very much!

Wastage of time. I would recommend booking ticket from some authentic app so you can manage it yourself. Their service is quite disappointing.

Service is NOT good at all according to the amount spent. No value for money. They told me that I would get a refund but that took forever. They claim it’s being processed, but they are lying. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM
