I had a new boiler fitted by Northern Gas Heating Ltd and my experience from start to finish was absolutely first class from day one.
Dav - Polite, friendly and professional in giving me a very competitive quotation specific to every aspect on my list of requirements. Great
Daniel - Courteous, friendly and very helpful when breaking down the cost and specifications and arranging payment schedule. Dan's customer service was excellent as I was treated as a valued customer.
Mel - An experienced and conscientious engineer whose bubbly, warm and friendly personality made for any enjoyable day installing my boiler. I felt totally at ease with Mel being in and around my house all day. Mel took the time to explain each function to operating the boiler once he had finished and made sure I understood all the information given. He tidied up after himself and respected my property. Perfect!
Steve - A really nice guy who gave me a curtesy call the next day to ensure that I was happy with my new boiler and everything was to my satisfaction, which undoubtedly it was. Wonderful Service. Thanks all x
Idealogic Boiler
Since using the boiler for nearly one week, I have to say, Its PERFECTION and I love it. So simple to operate and very economical as I am using less gas. I certainly would recommend this boiler for its efficiency and 100% recommend Northern Gas

Kash turned up first to give me the quote. Lovely guy, got on well. Told the bride & myself all about their panels & battery. I was dubious about investing a chunk of my savings in something i knew only a little about but i have to say what a great investment it’s turning out to be. Everyone that came to our house was courteous & very pleasant. Can’t fault the workmanship anywhere. Kash even gave us his mobile number. How many salesmen do that 😳. My panels were fitted mid August so 2 weeks on grid power & 2 weeks with our new solar. My bill for electricity halved in that time. Kash really is giving you the facts. Thanks to all for a very good experience.

Very professional- and skilled

Ravinder suraj Joe the electricians were great a very high standard of work. The rest if the company not so great. 2 days quoted for the work. 2 weeks to complete

These 3 lovely guys ( Ravinder, Suraj and Joe) did an excellent job completing the electrical installation for my solar energy. They were very courteous, protected my carpets when working in carpeted areas and they cleaned up at the end of the day.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could very unprofessional company said they would fit solar panels for me and gave me a price then wanted to put the price up and change their mind they say they would contact me but didn't told me time after time I would get my refund by the end of the week ending the 30th then said it would take another two weeks on top I would never use a cowboy company like this glad I'm out of it

I have had recently installed solar system, great team, great work.. Especially 2 guys (electrician) Ravinnder and Suraj who did all the battery systems, excellent work, very tidy, neat, explained well everything how the system work etc...

Neat cable management, professional and friendly service offered.

Great installation of solar panels, battery & inverter from start to finish! Promptly organised by Derren & Chris - they worked around me and accommodated my kids being off in the 6 weeks holiday. Also, great technical assistance by Ryan following install! Unfortunately I cannot remember the engineers names but they were very well behaved and the work was immaculate

Gee and Ben came to install a complete new solar system. They worked constantly and to me, the work they both did was clean.

Rudson was very helpful, polite and punctual. Job done in time and helped explain app etc. install just complete so can’t comment on overall system performance but happy with service so far.

I had these 3 engineers (Ravinder, Suraj and Joe) came to my house for solar panel installation. Such a lovely gentleman and hardworking people, they finished their job on given dates and left my house clean and tidy. They had good sense of humour, I enjoyed their presence throughout the visit. End at end of the day, they asked if I am satisfied with their work. I really appreciate their work (Tomato energy). I recommend tomato energy to my friends and family.

Kash came into our home and was very informative and down to earth!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood exactly what we were getting into!! He is very approachable and always available to help and would definitely recommend!!

Ben & Gee have been professional courteous and very informative about there work the company should be proud of these workers

Hi, I submitted my detailed review on 26th June and Northern Gas heating responded and promissed to rectify the issue. I have not had any response from them by post, email or phone. They have made no effort to contact me or rectify the service.
