Perfect experience.
Chair arrived next day, and it's a quality chair.

I had a small problem in that a screw at the back of my chair was threaded. Was perfectly functional and comfortable otherwise but meant the badge couldn't sit on right which wasn't aspthetically pleasing.

I emailed OfficeEnvy and they had a field engineer come to my home at a time that suited me, with all the replacement parts needed and swapped it there and then.

Really happy with the item and service and will be recommending to anyone I can. Thanks!

Superb service from Trudy. Ordered online Wednesday evening before Easter weekend. Due to a glitch my order didn’t go through fully meaning my payment was left ‘pending’ with my bank. Phoned Office Envy on the Thursday and Trudy advised they hadn’t received my order details. She took my order over the phone and arranged for it to be delivered on the Saturday, there of course being no deliveries on Good Friday. All of this without having received my payment. The chair arrived as promised, well packaged and included a surprise freebie of a notebook and pen. It was great service and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent prices, prompt delivery and willingness to act quickly to address a mistake. Even added a few gifts to compensate for small error. Good communications and helpful staff.

After sales service was fantastic!!! I bought my home office furniture from Office Envy back in April 2021 - see previous review. The service I received from them then was outstanding. On Monday this week (13/04/2023) I contacted office envy to let them know that the arm on my ergonomic chair was loose. They responded immediately and said they would send me a new part, screws and Allen keys. They arrived by DPD on Wednesday midday! Chair now fixed!!

The CEO herself got involved to resolve my issue over the weekend and was very prompt in responses. She ensured my issue was resolved at earliest and product dispatched and delivered as per promise….fantastic experience of dealing with them!

Fantastic furniture backed up with genuinely helpful customer service.

The standing desk has super simple push button electrical height adjustment which is so much more helpful than I imagined. (And if you think about your room layout during assembly you can fit the controller wherever best suits your power sockets) It's great if different people occasionally share a desk but even just for me I find it extends my healthy comfortable working time. I can do say an hour seated then push back my chair and do another hour standing no problem, without any of the usual niggling aches and pains. A change is as good as a rest as they say!

I bought an i29 chair too which seems to almost flex with me as I move making itsuper comfortable. Great apart from the armrests I find a bit on the high side but nothing major.

All round great products and great service. Hubby now has office envy so we'll be going back to buy more!

Very happy with the personalised service. Received an email with a link to a video showing how to assemble my chair as soon as it shipped. Hence, assembly took five minutes. Received a follow up email from the CEO once delivered to check all was in order, and asking me to email her directly if any issues.
As I'd purchased the chair (Hood I29) after very extensive research given my specific back, hip and joint problems, the personalised service and touch was very warmly received.

Excellent office chair with a 10 year guarantee, easy to put together with a really useful online video, if needed. Ordering was simple and the website was easy to follow. Very helpful pre-sales customer service. Next day delivery and the chair components were very well packed and fully protected with packaging.
