Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The products I received were of poor quality, some items were defective, and the sizes delivered did not match my order.

Shipping took far longer than expected, and instead of resolving the issue efficiently, customer service engaged in prolonged discussions while repeatedly offering vouchers instead of a proper refund.

Overall, the handling of this situation felt unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star I am in the process of trying to get a refund of them. They have sent me the wrong item and are offering a 10 per cent refund. If I want a full refund I have to pay for the package to china from the UK plus £10. Why is this company still allowed to advertise. I thought I was buying from the UK as they advertise as being in London. Please do not buy from this company.

Nothing like the picture

Bought a jumpsuit thought it would be thick like jean material, but nope very silky and the pattern is printed, nothing like the pictures. Wish I had read the reviews first..wont give money back only store credit or exchange, which is so wrong, should be entitled to a refund. Charity shop it will go to.

It is a scam, I wish I had read the reviews before I bought my dress from there. Poor quality and terrible customer service. The dresses are expensive and the materials very cheap. DON'T BUY

Avoid. Quality is absolutely shocking. I have had better from SHEIN. Really cheap and nasty. And they don’t do refunds just a credit note. Don’t buy from this scam of a company.

WARNING - BE AWARE - This is a scam! Ordered two dress, only one came but they charged my card for both right away. And of course no answer from the customer service that probably does not exist. Classic scam setup.

Absolutely terrible quality. Arrived with no tags shoved in a cheap clear plastic bag - zero packaging or care. However that wasn’t the worst part, when I looked at each item none of the seams were finished properly and all had loose fabric hanging off the edges. The fabric is very poor quality and scratchy. I wouldn’t even expect this from a $20 cheap set from Amazon, however for this price point I am disgusted. To top it off, my complaint has received a delayed reply offering a 50% refund, which is not legal as all faulty goods in NSW are by law entitled to a full refund. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THIS SCAM BRAND

First of all, I was very suprised to see the sender was AliExpress, as this in no way appeared on the website.
Second of all, the fabric of the dress was incredibly cheap and not breathable at all, trims also seemed cheap. The dress actually looked nice enough and the fit was good, but the quality just does not match the price at all. Besides, I feel cheated by buying from a drop-shipping website.

I'm not sure if we can call it a scam but please do not buy from this website. I ordered a dress and despite other reviews on here (unfortunately didn't check until after I made purchase, rookie mistake) I was hoping it would be OK. The dress I ordered cos 140 euro and I'd say it cost approximately 3 euro to make. The fabric is next to see through, extremely lightweight and the pattern has been printed on white fabric so any time the underside becomes visible (dark blue / green on the outside) it looks unbelievably cheap. The dress has frilled 'cap sleeves' however they're not wide enough to go beyond the edge of my shoulder, so the frill part sticks up with white underside most visible.
The main issue then is when you go to read the return policy they ONLY do store credit. So I can only buy what I can assume is another disgraceful quality dress or lose 140 euro. More annoyed with myself but AVOID AVOID AVOID. The return policy part feels like the scam because I'm sure it's fairly commonplace that people won't read the policy before purchase. This website was target advertised to me over a few months so they are luring people in under false pretence. I've bought better quality items from Shein or Primary as sad as I am to admit that. AVOID.

Cheap material for the cost. Completely see through. So disappointed. It’s obvious that I’ve been scammed.

The two dresses I received bore no resemblance to the 'luxurious' item advertised and were most definitely not "elegant" as advertised; totally see through with no lining, poor quality stitching, substandard product
