The 2 day Professional Scrum Product Owner course was really interesting and enjoyable. Ravi and Ryan were great trainers and there was a really good mix of group exercises, exam preparation and real life examples to see how we could put what we were learning into practice. I would recommend the course for anyone looking to learn more about using Scrum and how to be a great Product Owner. Thank you Ravi and Ryan!

I recently attended a two-day PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) training course with Optilean, and I must say it was an enlightening experience.

Right from the onset, it was evident that the facilitators weren’t just trainers, but experienced professionals with a profound understanding of the subject matter.

Throughout the two days, they combined theoretical knowledge with real-world examples, ensuring that the concepts resonated. Their teaching approach fostered an environment of open communication where questions were encouraged and thoroughly addressed.

One of the aspects I genuinely appreciated was how the trainers drew from their own professional experiences, giving insights that one can’t simply glean from textbooks or online materials. Their anecdotes and case studies made the learning process both engaging and relatable.

By the end of the course, not only did I feel well-prepared for the PSPO certification, but I also felt I had gained a richer, deeper understanding of what it means to be a Product Owner in the Scrum framework.

Ryan and Jon were incredible facilitators! They fostered a safe and engaging environment that allowed everyone to feel comfortable to participate and ask questions. They were really good at giving real-world examples and also gave adequate breaks that allowed us to stay focused. I highly recommend taking them because they are the BEST!!!!

The training was really well led, easy to understand, and the facilitator created a great environment to learn in. I left feeling really ready to take the assessment and positive about Agile and how I can use it to improve my team and organisation.

Really well delivered and organised course. The instructors had a wealth of knowledge and were very supportive. I really enjoyed this course, I was coming from a completely different non business background (teaching) but I didn't feel overwhelmed and the subject matter seemed very logical. I have recently completed the PSM 1 course, it was fantastic from start to finish. Both Ryan and Stefano are very knowledgeable and deliver great training.

The best training I have ever had. Ryan made what could be a dry subject fun which makes learning much easier. I now have an excellent understanding of what Scrum means. I would highly recommend it.
