It took so long to arrive that I had forgotten about it. Also when it arrived it was in a broken box, felt like it was a display sample as one boot felt bigger then the other. I paid $70.00 dollars when the box said $49.99! On sale! Omg never again!!! Carmen

It's 3.5 Stars

Shoe sizing was not consistent. I ordered 3 pairs, all sz 37 and only one pair fit. The other two were too big - nothing a pair of socks would fit. For that I wanted to give a 3 stars, however; communication with the Pavers was good so I bumped it up a star.
Unfortunately, I will not be ordering Pavers again because of the uncertainty in sizing, then having to deal with the hassle of returning. It took a long time to receive the shoes then having to just shipped them back was not a good experience.

Benefits of laces plus zipper

I understand the benefits of laced shoes for a perfect fit, but I hate tying my shoes. With these you can take your shoes off and put them back on easily using the zipper. My aching knees also appreciate the built in shock absorbers! An excellent shoe.

This is got to be the absolute worst company

This is got to be the absolute worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Right after I made the purchase things went down hill. 1# the website I went was in my home country of the US so I thought…? The website even made me think so quoting fast deliveries in the US.. 2# problem it was not it was the UK. Only no one told me. 3# I purchased in late October early Nov. didn’t hear a thing. They told me when finally after several on answered emails and finally a phone call to them. 4# they were having a shipping problem in the UK. .. 5# mid Dec rolls around and still nothing no word. I understand shipping but not communicating and customer service… they said it was on back ordered, it was another month. An honestly they are not that great for the price . But I will never see my money if I try and return them… China moves faster!!!!!! Just don’t do it

I am sorry for your disappointment for your order.

Firstly, I would always advise customers to check a website properly from a company they have not used before. This helps to avoid confusion.
At the bottom of our main page it states that we are a UK company. The delivery page, which is one click away also states that items are coming from the UK.

The item you purchased in early November was a pre-order item, for which we provided an estimated date of dispatch. I am sorry that this was then delayed, you should have been notified of a delay, I am sorry that you were not. Our automatic notification system is being checked for errors to make sure those are going out.

I can see from our email system that your emails were all answered, some of our replies did not receive answers from yourself though. In these mails we advised of the delays and apologised for them and asked you to let us know if you did not want to continue with the order.

The item is still within the returns window, if the items are unworn you can still return. To ensure that refunds are done as quickly as possible we advise providing us with the tracking information once you have sent the item.

Beware

Beware. Pavers.us sells women's shoes with men's sizes. You think you are buying a women's size 9 since you are looking at women's clogs, etc, and end up with a men's size 9. They must have a bunch of very large womens shoes to sell and this is a great way to get rid of them--at the buyer's expense!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It would appear that one item on the order is the women's US9 and the other is a men's UK9 which is the equivalent of a US men's 9.5. We are very sorry if the gender and fitting of the items were not clear on our site. This all should be detailed clearly in the item description.

I am enjoying and pleased with my purchase. I would have love a little more cushion inside because of my feet problems but I love them very much. I appreciate how easy they are to slip my feet into. Along with the comfort of the rim. They seem like they will be durable.

No Sign of my Order

New Review 2/24/22
After my review below I was told my order was sent back out. This was at the beginning of February. Again I check the tracking number with DHL and again their site says a tracking number was created but the package has not been handed off to them. Again I emailed pavers - at the email address where they wrote to me - and noone has responded to me. I have emailed the help desk probably 6 times at this point. I cannot get an answer where my replacement order is. But again no problem charging my credit card over 2 months ago.

Original review:
I placed an order at the beginning of December. I received an email on December 20 saying my order was shipped through DHL along with tracking information. I have tried tracking it many many times and it still says that a DHL label was generated but the package was not handed off to DHL yet. I have tried contacting Pavers many many many times and have sent multiple emails but NO ONE has replied to me. They had no problem charging my credit card though. I have no idea where my package is or if it will ever arrive.

Love my rain boots!

Love my knee-high black rubber rain boots! It took awhile for them to get here but, under the circumstances, it was do-able! Not raining right now anyway and if I wanted them here sooner I would have paid for other shipping! They are perfect and a good price, too! Thanks! 👍🏼😃

I ordered two items and it said both…

I ordered two items and it said both were in stock but one item was cancelled. I also ordered express shipping and I understand mail carriers are backed up but it came almost three weeks after it was expected. The one pair of shoes we did receive fits and is very nice but the same can not be said about the fulfillment and shipping process.
